I was a little nervous about buying a leather jacket online, but I’m thrilled with this purchase from the store... The lambskin is buttery soft right out of the package, no stiff break-in period needed at all. The stitching feels solid, and it looks exactly like the pictures on the site. I followed their sizing guide and it fits perfectly, even with enough room for a light sweater underneath. Definitely recommend!

AVOID AVOID ! these are parent company to F Jackets which should definitely be be avoided. They are a scam!
If I could give these zero stars I would. Paid £143 for jacket on F Jackets site, after 8 days still showing as 'being processed - quality checked etc' F Jackets website leads you to believe you are ordering from UK but these are an American / Dubai based company of which F Jackets are a front. F Jackets website is unfit for purpose, not mobile compatible and their AI based chatbot doesn't work - just get spinning wheel .
I have raised case on PayPay (thankfully under buyer protection but still have to wait two weeks to allow this appalling 'company' to respond. So far - no response at all !

Not real leather like advertised, will jot return it only offer exchange. Not a happy customer avoid this site at all costs

Have been trying to return two jackets I purchased due to them falsely advertising them at for Tall women. They went completely GHOST!! Have been trying for weeks thru PayPal, and they are NO help either as their response SUCKS!!! Over $300. Stay away. The items come from overseas as well and smell of gasoline as an added slap to the extremely poor fit!!

I ordered an XL "leather" jacket from them. When I rec'd it, it was a Medium at best. It was entirely too small allover.
They advertise free and easy returns. That is a lie.
They do not want you to return the jacket for some reason. They offer a 50% discount if you keep the jacket, or want to send you another one at half off. After no decent response from them, I opened a dispute through Paypal, which is how I paid. I am 18 days into a ridiculous back and forth with them, and am trying to send the coat back to them. They sent an address, without a valid zip code. Yet another hurdle.
All of the email responses from them are antagonistic and very argumentative. They also say "check your spam folder" to for their responses so they get around with not responding. I have done that, and kept each response from them.
This is such a dishonest company that scams customers with faulty merchandise. Please do not waste your time or money. Before purchasing, look at all bad reviews on the internet and check out the Better Business Bureau website.

Be sure to size up cause sizing is off. And if you plan on returning your purchase, just forget it. They will delay the process and do whatever they can to get you to keep the item with a partial refund. Will not order from them again. Will stick to my usual place.

Ordered a coat that was nothing like what was expected. They made it very difficult to return. They kept offering a small refund - they did NOT want us to return it. When we finally jumped through enough hoops, we had to pay to ship it back, and they didn't even refund our entire purchase price. What a crap company- save you money and buy from a reputable dealer.

I orderd a jacket from them but was not happy with de result I got in. I got in contact with custumor service about the refund procedure and I follwed their guidelines. I was suprised everything was taking care off so soon and I got my money back.

I am so pleased with the Star Wars Finn jacket I received from Hexder! The quality is superb, the design is beautiful and the leather is soft and sturdy. I imagine it will be a part of my wardrobe for many many years to come!

There is no benefit of doubt in saying that hexder is one of the best online leather jacket store. Most of the products are available with original shoots, plus the leather quality is damn good, no compromise on it. Customer support is always there to help you. Whether it’s about getting the size info or about delivery details they always keep you updated at every single step. And that’s what I love. KEEP IT UP HEXDER TEAM!!

I ordered a Longmire coat a size larger than I normally wear. It was too small. I contacted the company to return it. They didn't want it back, so they offered me three choices. I could keep it and receive an $80.00 refund or they would exchange it without their usual exchange fee or charge me $25.00 return shipping fee if I chose to return it. I opted to return the coat as it was too small and I had already ordered the largest size available. They then offered me a $100.00 refund to keep it or they would charge me a 50% restocking fee. I agreed to keep it for the partial refund which was finally given after an inordinately long delay. This is a foreign company which not only accepted my money for an inferior coat that was poorly made, but refused to provide me with a full refund when I was dissatisfied. Besides being too small, the button holes were too small for the buttons and the zipper pull was on the wrong side for a man's coat. After several weeks, I finally received my $100.00 refund. They never provided a receipt with the coat, nor did they provide information in the package as to how or where to return it. Beware of doing business with this company.

I ordered a jacket from them for a Christmas present, and I can't say enough good about this company!!! The customer service was amazing!! Every email was promptly responded to with absolute cooperation (and I was kind of a "drama customer")!!! The jacket arrived exactly when it was suppose to, and it was perfect!!! I will for sure be a repeat customer and anybody thinking of ordering something definitely should!!!!

As it says above: "Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone." It is like that! Everything is perfect. Perfect fit and comfortable. The people from Hexder Staff are also really nice, they offered me their help right after i ordered my Jacket, and asked for measurement reconfirmation. I ordered XXL Prototype Jacket and Jacket is just perfect. Safe packed too, fast delivery. Everything the best! Thumb Up guys!
