Sandles do not have arch support and are extremely stretched out and do not make for a good fit. Unless you have swollen/fatter feet do not purchase. Also refunds are minus shipping costs to return (at your expense) so they only offer 20% refund which calculates to $10.00 for a $50.00 pair of sandles. Use caution with ordering online from this company.

Hier tritt eine chinesische…

Hier tritt eine chinesische Verkaufsplattform als europäisches, dänisches Unternehmen auf. Mit der Aussage „Nur noch wenige Exemplare auf Lager” wird Druck aufgebaut. Erst später merkt man, dass die Ware aus China versendet wird. Dann ist es zu spät.
Das 14-tägige Rückgaberecht und die Kaufpreisrückerstattung sind gefälscht, da man das Paket mit Sendungsverfolgung (der dänische Verkaufsagent Mikkel Jensen macht darauf aufmerksam, da es ja verloren gehen könnte) nach China selbst bezahlen soll.
Anschließend werden 30 % Erstattung angeboten.

Wir hatten Diabetikerschuhe für 89,99 Euro (Bestellnummer HC3945DE) bestellt, doch es kamen normale chinesische Hausschuhe minderer Qualität, die eine ziemliche chemischen Ausdünstung hatten.
Hier kommen die Schuhe her und da müssen die auf eigene Kosten wieder zurück:

There was a mix up with the postage

There was a mix up with the postage but when I contacted Mikel at Hexo he tracked the shoes and arranged for them to be delivered. The shoes are for my husband who has problems with his feet and mobility. The shoes are comfortable and easy to slip in to. Thank you Hexo.

If I could give a zero I would

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered a pair of white sandals from this company. It took six weeks for them to arrive. They are tan. Not white by any stretch of the imagination. They would not refund my money because they said it’s just not the kind of white I was looking for. RUN AWAY! The shoes are of terrible quality. There is nothing orthopedic about them at all.

Rip Off

I bought a pair of sandals for $50, expecting built-in arch support, but they did not. It took 3 weeks to get them and now that I want to return them, I was first offered a $10 refund. Then it went up to $15. This company is a ripoff and I would not recommend their products or their business.

Poor in every aspect

Product took several weeks to arrive from China despite ordering from what I believed to be a UK based supplier.
When it finally arrived the knee brace was, cumbersome, hard and didn’t prevent my knee flexing backward despite this being the reason I bought the item. I couldn’t understand why a bit of plastic, some steel screws and fabric would cost so much. When I asked for a refund I was informed that they would only give me 20% refund due to the cost ( at my expense) of return would be more than the product. The product had to be returned to Denmark by the way! 🤔 I could also keep said product and sell it privately if I wished.
When I checked postage I was able to dispute this claim. I was then offered 30% refund. I refused and posted the product to Denmark. Customer service weren’t quite so friendly anymore.
Three weeks or so on I finally received my refund less the original postage costs to receive the item.

Great experience

The product was as described on the website. They did an amazing job communicating where the package was and when to expect the product. Product works great, and I would buy from them again!

DO NOT PURCHASE !!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE !!!!! THEY HAVE 100% satisfaction but only give 20% refund !! So you wait weeks for the item then if if doesn’t work out you get 12 bucks. They state shipping costs are too high which is their reason. Their refund policy is not stating high shipping costs are on you as the customer.

Good product suitable for swollen feet; backed up by very helpful staff with excellent advice. As such I was able to wear these attractive casual shoes with comfort,
having not been able to wear any of my own shoes for several months
