Offered me the loan but no money

Offered me the loan. Application was quick and easy. Easy repayment terms - unfortunately I haven’t heard from them and have not received my money yet. I have tried emailing and texting but no one has responded.

Proceed with Caution

I was initially very impressed with HeyDay Loans. The application process was quick and efficient, and they appeared very professional at first. However, there was an error in my contract regarding the payment withdrawal dates. It took some effort to get this corrected, but it was eventually resolved.

Unfortunately, another issue has now arisen. They have informed me that I have a returned payment, which is incorrect. I provided my bank statement clearly showing that the payment was successfully processed and not returned. Despite this evidence, they continue to insist that I owe an additional payment.

Based on my experience, I found their handling of this situation concerning and frustrating. I would advise others to proceed with caution when dealing with this company.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. It has been 5 days since I signed the contract and they have not deposited the money. No actual real response from anyone. Pretty sure it is just a scam.
