There was initially a problem downloading a forklift manual, however the helpful people at HeyDownloads sent a link via email, and the problem was rectified within a couple of hours. Very happy, great service.

Downloaded a manual from ISSUU, I got an email confirming my purchase but it didn't link me to a working manual. I emailed ISSUU but didn't get a response which wasn't ideal as I was under pressure at the time. A couple weeks later I emailed HeyDownloads and was in contact with a helpful representative who solved my problem very promptly. In spite of the poor experience I would trust HeyDownloads and would deal with them again.

once i was able to paypal i went ahead, service manual shows me all the information i need to keep the 1985 yamaha mariner going with clear pictures and specifications for all the needed stuff

First, I received a quality PDF of the manual I requested within 8-10 hours and for that I would give 5 stars. The PDF of the manual was emailed to me. I gave 4 stars because I had a few hours of concern about the process. I assumed the ability to download would be immediate and when there was delay and no info about when/how delivery might occur I wondered if I had been scammed. It would be nice to know what to expect.

I was unable to download the large file that I had ordered. I emailed customer service late at night and within 3 hours in the middle of the night they responded asking for details of my order. I sent that the next day and within another 2 hours they had made a way for me to be able to download the order without problems. I am very happy with the customer service of hey!downloads and would recommend them to anyone.

I was not familiar with links on a pdf document and had problems using the manual. I needed much handholding to get it to work, but they were very supportive and patient with me and very prompt (within minutes) with their email replies.
Reccomend them highly.
