I ordered what I thought was upper lip cream to target smokers lines. Much to my annoyance I was sent lip balm which I am not happy with and not what I ordered and paid for. Overall very disappointing.
This company is fraudulent and extorted money from me. They sent me the wrong item i didn't order and have refused to reimburse me 100%. Currently offering me 35% reimbursement.

This company is ridiculous! I ordered their lip wrinkle cream it took them from March 2 to March 18 for them to send me my product and they sent me the wrong product from a company I’ve never heard of. I looked up the company on the product and it’s worth $4.99 what I ordered and paid for it was over $40. I still have not received the product that I ordered no one is getting back to me this place is a hack and they are frauds I would never order from this company again if you are smart you will run do not fall into their gimmicks that’s what they are a gimmick! They don’t even know how to reply when I have attached pictures of my order number and confirmation number and pictures of what I received which was from a company again that I have never heard of and it was not at all what I ordered I’m going to launch a fraud investigation and get reimbursed this is absolutely ridiculous if you’re smart you will not order from this company they are awful they do not answer questions you ask pointed questions and they will not answer them I have attached multiple pictures of what I received and my order number and my confirmation number and the picture that shows exactly what I ordered and I still haven’t heard back from them they’re 24 hour customer service is not true otherwise I would’ve heard from someone they sent me an email saying your product has been delivered it has not been delivered they sent me a cheap four dollar lip balm when I paid 40+ dollars for a wrinkle cream for around your lips I’m sure it doesn’t work I believe this company is overseas it’s probably coming from Asia or Indonesia. Do yourself a favor and run do not order from this company you will be very unhappy !

It arrived okay and the products I chose arrived, but the lid of the other bottle was broken. But it's okay, at least it arrived and the products delivered were correct.
