Not sure why called H&H Plumbers as the engineers that attend and the invoice are from Prestige engineers Ltd. Been overcharged by a very eager engineer who said that it is a very complicated job that requires up to 8 hours only for them to finish all in 2 hours. £972 with only £20 for materials the rest as fixed labour fee, no emergency tax or anything like and another hefty bill from the repair guy that i had to bring in to repair the holes in the ceiling that were left after the engineer visit. When trying to contact the office to discuss the problem I have been called by a very rude and condescending manager whom didn't want to listen to my problem, he was just laughing saying good luck getting anything back and to stop calling, shouting that it was a emergency charge and that i have to pay for the engineer commute to and from the site .Mention that nowhere on the invoice stated it was an emergency as work been carried on the next day not on the day of the call. Please be careful with this company.
