Everyone was very helpful and knew how to help show the products and were very prompt bringing the items I purchased out so I could load up. Great group of people.

Easy to use and find things. Only issue I had was when one of my bids was getting close to ending, the site kept buffering. I didn't lose the item though, so good outcome anyway.

I was taking part in a live bid experience and noted two things that I think would be improvements to the UI. When an item has a soft close and has the time added to it, it should jump to the bottom (or wherever it would end up with the items being sorted by time). Having to hunt through the stack for auctions ending is not ideal, and caused me to miss out on some items (though credit where credit is due, the "Ending soon" notification with arrow did help a little).

Second, I like to review the items thoroughly before the auction and leave notes on them. During live bid, these notes were not pulled over. I know this, because I recognized an item (thinking I had put a note on it, but not seeing one) then upon clicking it, the new tab loaded with my note on it. Seems to defeat the purpose of the note system to be unable to see them on the live screen.

I found my first experience with the auction process fairly easy. I think it would have been better if I had known how to put in a max bid so that I could watch the rest of the auction. Now that I have received the welcome email and access to so much more information and the answer to my bidding questions, my second auction should be even better.

Overall auction went pretty good , was surprised there were no previews , then to start five items at the same time followed by five more items a minute later auction got real busy real fast and got limited on items to bid on. Also was surprised so many items were batched under one item.

Easy to place bids and follow up on loosing bids to check and see if you would like to up your bid. Great notifications on loosing bids and to see if you would like to increase your bid.

Quite easy to actually register and bid. A little confusing who to pay and how when a invoice arrives. Always check your junk email in box

I tried to book a pick up but it would not allow me. when i emailed back to where I received the invoice, it is a noreply so now i am stuck without picking up the items i paid for.

The process is simple. Ample time is given to bid. I like that I can look at upcoming auctions - that gives me time to research items, etc. Overall, I have no complaints about HiBid

Good experience,paid and picked up items today. Quick and curtious.

Things were smooth and easy for the most part but I kept losing connection and had to refresh the page often. Also, it took forever to receive the invoice from the auction company.

Great auctions with lots of great items. Only downside is that the auctions state they're over at 6pm est but the items I bid on were still take bids after 6 and the end times were all staggered.

The items offered are well described and abundant pictures. The procedure to bid is seamless and easy.

Great auction. Had trouble with website but finally got it worked out. Liked the fact it was local and I knew the person who had passed.

Your auction platform is simple and seemed like you had legit auctions.. Unfortunately i feel scammed from this last auction i took place on. I bought 3 items stated to be gold and ruby's and white gold. Only to be shipped cheap Temu products not even worth the 30.00 each I believed the items because they had vacation packages also going for the same price..

The website is easy to use and updates appropriately.

I like being able to sort by location, but it’s annoying to not be able to set preferences to only search for certain auction sites. There are one or two in my geographical radius that I have not had a good experience with and will not bid on items from there in the future. It would be nice to be able to filter those locations out.

I'm a value customer on Hibid for many years .Thank you this feedback apportunity and I have to make a complaint on my one recent purchase on Hibid auction of 'Berry Mills, NB E1G 2N1

Because this Key auctions can not charge my invoice directly from my master card registered on file at Hibid. And I've replied his email with invoice to let auctioneer directly charge the fee from my master card registered on file at Hibid already that so many years it keeps working without any problem,
Unfortunately, because of extremely busy over time on my company job including weekends (not allowed to answer the phone call) and more than ten's of purchase on Hibid recently around this busy March,I keep waiting for Key auctions shipping quote but no answer by mail until about four weeks later I received my shipping list and send two emails to Key auctions to it's invoice link and 'contact auctioneer'.
Unfortunately, without any answers till now but I deeply feel a negative record of nonpaid invoice Mark to me already.
I sincerely hope this Key anctioneer can answer me and let me pay my invoice again and ship my won items later.
I will be very appreciatived Hibid can have a double check on my case and make all anctioneers can directly charge the invoice from the buyers credit card registered on file at Hibid already to avoid such issue.
I'm looking forward your reply and solutions.

I don’t like the fact when people make bidding being told You may have Won ,in fact I don’t know what happened afterwards,I was the highest bidder on 2 items.
Auctions shouldn’t control bidding process with fixed amount as what happened to me in 2 items.
Other Auctions do not use this method.
I hope you understand my point.
