Placed order, never arrived and ignored
I placed an order two weeks ago with delivery in 2-4 days, it never arrived. I’ve been trying to contact HICCA over these past two weeks and received no response.
No delivery/tracking information was given to me. When searching delivery or returns on their website it says ‘information on website’ but the information does not exist.
So far they have taken my money, not given me the t-shirt and ignored me. It’s a shame as I quite like their t-shirts.
I would avoid placing any order with HICCA at this point.
Update: HICCA has since refunded my order and delivered the t-shirt (plus socks). It was a bad error on their part but after persistence they have resolved the issue. Thank you

Hi Francis,
We are truly sorry for this, and for the frustration this would have caused you. It is never our intention to come across as charlatans, nor to ignore our customers sales, requests and feedback.
Whilst it may be of little comfort now, as explained when we were finally able to get back to you, our sales portal was “upgraded” and we didn’t receive any notification of any orders, nor any direct messaging for weeks before we were able to have it rectified. We’ve made the necessary changes to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
Hopefully you will give us another chance to show that we genuinely appreciate you as a customer, and we look to improving our communications with our customers going forward to prevent such frustrations again.
