Very impressed with my purchase from Hicustore. The website was very user-friendly, and my customized order arrived exactly as I designed it. It was packaged securely and arrived quicker than expected. Great value for the money, I will definitely be shopping here again.

Purchased two cards and spent over 200$
Paid for vip service never was contacted
Waited weeks and contacted them
One came 3 weeks from order
The other came over a month after ordering
The cards were not holographic as I paid for
Also mislabeled
Do not waste your time

Ik heb 90 euro betaald er stond dat het 8 werkdagen zou gaan kosten nu heb ik mail verkeer gehad hij zij dat t m spijt en dat die er achter aan zou gaan hij was in Amsterdam en er stond dat die weer terug gestuurd was van het land van herkomst heb mijn cadeau nooit gekregen en mijn 90 euro nooit meer terug gezien

I was very sceptical of this site because of the reviews here and the website just looks fishy. But I decided to take the chance and order half of what I wanted anyway. To my surprise it actually came which is why I give it 2 stars instead of 1. I ordered 2 couples cards in “psa” grading case and I ordered it specifically in classic style and NOT the limited Christmas style. I wanted to give it to my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day in February. They made the cards with big Christmas threes in the background which ruined the beautiful beach sunset pictures I send them, which I was obviously not happy with when I specifically ordered classic them and not the Christmas theme. I wrote them and offered to buy 2 more cards if they could remake my original order and fix the mistakes. They refused and offered me 10% refund and digital fotos I can’t use. I then requested a refund and that’s when they just decided to stop all communication. There’s many companies out there that makes these cards and the same stuff, so I would probably chose another site to buy from. This site doesn’t care about it customers and doesn’t follow the law.

Hat eigentlich gar kein stern verdient, es war fast 1 Monat unterwegs...keiner hat auf Emails reagiert und als sich doch endlich mal jemand gemeldet hat war es nur eine standardisierte Email....hab eine magickarte bestellt (personalisiert), mit echtem Foto...was dabei raus kam war einfach nur unter aller s. ...es wurde einfach das foto in einer art comicsteel darauf gedruckt und es sah absolut dem echten foto nicht ähnlich...(ich betone es sollte das echte foto drauf!) Ich kann nur davon abraten! Einfach nur ein teuer scam!!

Do not buy anything from this company. I didn't get a shipment email from them for over a month until I sent an email about it. Then when I finally got it......SMH. I got something customized with a picture I put in the website and they used AI to change the picture entirely!!!!!!!!! Why did they not just use my high quality picture that I put in the website???? Awful experience. I spent to much money for it to get fkd up this badly

I ordered the product on the 15/11 as a Christmas present and it arrived on 27/11. Unfortunately it arrived damaged and their website quoted if they were made aware of it within seven days and a replacement would be sent. On the day it arrived I emailed the company with the images of the damaged product they offered a 20% discount and for me to keep the product. As this was a present, this was not an option so I emailed back asking him for a replacement on 28/11. I then had to chase a further 6 times as I had not been told when the replacement would be sent eventually on 22/12 I asked for a refund which only 50% was offered. I accepted as it was unlikely I would be receiving a replacement or full refund. It is a shame as the product itself was not too bad but definitely not worth the money. I suggest to avoid this company and pay an actual artist to design something rather than spend more money for a mediocre AI generated product.

Total scam- I paid $100 and received nothing, despite being promised a refund.

Custom Anime Style Toy Car 3D Arcrylic Gift Lovewheels Dadwheelsn, inkl. enem kleinen Auto, der Aufsteller ist ok, das Auto wurde nicht mit geliefert. Ärgerlich!

Scam. Said they delivered it but nothing arrived. Customer service not answering. Don’t waste your money.

I used the .co one for pokemon-style cards of my 2 dogs. The results were much better than I could have dreamed of.

If you’re unsure - GO FOR IT. The product is top quality and their customer service department respond to queries quickly and professionally.

Great product! They delivered everything fast and I wad thankful they are legit. You don't know sometimes online shopping is full of fake stuff but I was able to give my newly engaged friends a cute Pokémon related gift

Scam. Fake Website, die echte ist Hicustore.com...nichts hier bestellen!

Ich habe ein Produkt zum Muttertag bestellt am 30.04.25. In der Beschreibung stand es kommt bis zum 08.05. Natürlich kam das Paket nicht. Ich habe Mails hingeschrieben. Keine Antwort. Dann habe ich gesagt, dass ich das nicht mehr möchte und mein Geld wiederhaben möchte. Keine Reaktion. Erst durch die Eskalation mit PayPal haben die reagiert und nun bekomme ich das Produkt, was ich garnicht mehr haben möchte. Ich habe es bereits auf einer seriösen Seite bestellt und innerhalb von 4 Tagen gehabt. Jetzt muss ich die Kosten für die Retoure tragen.
