Hidden Hearing in Loughrea Co Galway is based in a medical practice. There is no signage and the receptionist of medical centre was very sullen. During test there was noise coming through from the surgery. My PPSN was taken even though it was a ‘free’ test. That makes me wonder. It was ok.

The audiologist conducted a very thorough examination and kept me informed of every step of the process. He was very friendly and I really appreciated that he did not in any way try to coerce me into buying the product. As I was borderline he was happy to review in 6 months to ascertain my level at that future date. All in all a very satisfactory visit.

Good location. Bright and airy building. Happy Receptionist. It wasn't packed with people, Didn't have long to wait. Was seen by an expert. Made me comfortable and relaxed. Grace was kind, communicative, explained the process in detail, Explained the result. Showed me how to improve my hearing and make my life better. my options with hearing aid and finance. It was stress and anxious free.

Max was lovely and very helpful with my hearing test.

the test was ok and the lady doing the test was ok. However when getting fitted for the hearing aids I found them very sore, not to get mixed up with uncomfortable but very sore and I couldn't touch the ear as a result. Also my test showed a 35% hearing loss which I thought and still think as excessive. I would believe between 20 and 30 % no more. Considering getting the newest expensive hearing aids but very expensive if they were to hurt.

Great consultation. Everything covered in great detail. Great too to actually try out hearing aids & to 'hear' the result /difference immediately.

Everything was very well explained before and after examinations, set at ease. Testing the earphones was pleasant and gentle, a surprise. The results were explained by visual chart and orally very precisely and sympathetically, I thought that I HAD 1 EAR WITH DIFFICULTY HEARING.

The explaining was fantastic.
