It looks like a London based company but it is in reality a Chinese one (HK based). I feel fooled.
Edit: After contact with the support, I would declare this as scam, as they are not following the laws.

As a new brand established in London in 2024, we've fulfilled a few thousand orders worldwide. For a few percentage of return requests, we also try to refund as soon as we can. We have even refunded the cases in which the parcels are claimed to have been lost, provided the customer can provide proof that they have filed a police report.
For clarification, we operate our business globally, including in the UK, the US, Europe, and Asia. We have multiple partners operating with us in different regions, but we are still a legitimate UK company.

Lack of transparency
It gives the impression the company is from London when it is not. Its a Chinese company which is fine. The problem is the lack of clarity. Its important to build an honest relationship with your customer base.

I bought two pairs of shoes from this company. I had never heard of them before, so I was a bit worried when I placed my first order. Once it arrived, I was really impressed — the packaging was excellent, and both the shoes and the shoe bag were outstanding quality. The attention to detail is flawless, and I was genuinely shocked (in the best way) at how good everything was. I was so happy with my first order that I placed another one for my wife, and her pair is just as beautiful and high-quality. Couldn’t be happier!
