Job well done
They're good- they do the work they are supposed to which it seems is quite rare these days. I didn't have to chase them up, I didn't have to phone them multiple times, I didn't have to email anything except the bare minimum. They were good!

Heat pump install by octopus insured by HIES
HIES made me feel reassured with our air pump install. They vetted the installer and insured the installers guarantee. As well as protecting our deposit. Great installation from start to finish. All components delivered on time and complete. Installation went really well with no issues and team kept me updated at all times. Would highly recommend using HIES

Excellent response and home appointment within 3 days. Fully comprehensive explanation about all aspects of the solar installation, workings and financial aspects. Full installation completed 2 weeks after initial meeting. Great post sales support.

The team were cheerful and hard working the whole time they were here, even though it was a poor weather day. They completed the installation in about 3 hours and then explained every thing.
I find it difficult to down grade from 5

The installation of our Aira Heat Pump…
The installation of our Aira Heat Pump was carried out efficiently. And we were kept fully informed throughout. The pump is now fully working. A few minor niggles about clearing up after the installation but nothing major.

No problems at all
We were having a battery system installed. It was all so straightforward. The engineer arrived as expected. He was friendly and professional. He explained everything so we could understand. The whole installation with paperwork, etc, all completed inside two hours. And it all works beautifully. No problems at all.
