Paid for an advent calender for 68.00 dollar's never received it contacted company they responded it was being process. They removed the money from my account and never got the item

This company is terrible, shipping took literally forever and when I finally received my order it was nothing like what was pictured. I contacted them multiple times for a return/refund and they refuse to respond. Do not waste your time with them. They are a scam.

Items purchased were pictured as sweaters; what I received was a light material that was not knitted as shown in the pictures. Terrible quality, cheap-looking. Emailed company to ask for information on returning the items and response back was that order had been delivered with tracking information. Emailed a second time asking for return information with no response. DO NOT EXPECT TO RECEIVE WHAT IS PICTURED ON WEBSITE! And do not expect customer service of any kind.

I placed a order. I received it. Upon immediate recieving I got online and asked if the merchandise could be returned. I get a response stating that the package was delivered. I never said it wasn't. The quality was terrible. And the merchandise was not what I expected. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. Terrible online customer service. Then after telling me that the order was delivered. That i should check with the post office or with my neighbors. I didn't realize it was over seas. I absolutely HATE DEALING WITH COMPANIES LIKE THAT. Quick to take your money. But never want to give a refund.

I ordered an Advent calendar from them in October, it's now December and still haven't received it. It says it shipped in November, but there is no tracking, when I reach out to them they say "be patient, we are having issues with our carriers". Pretty sure I lost out on receiving this.
