Ordered some plates, spoons and a marble board.
The quality of the plates and spoons were really good.
The marble board was good but not the quality that I was expecting, the gold paint on it was chipped.
Zulima, the owner, arranged the returns and refund without any hassle.
Bit expensive but worth the quality.
Would buy again from highclass touch

Poor customer service with no work ehhics
1st of all her stuff is nice but her customer service is horrible. She sent me an item which is damaged. (A lid) According to her it is a marble stone issue. She doesn't know to help a client and she asked me to pay for delivery of a damaged item She sent me. Everything she says something and trying to avoid her mistake. I am going to Inform trading standards and never will I buy anything from her. I will take this matter further

Most of our pieces are handmade by skilled artisans and crafted from natural marble, which means each item is beautifully unique. Variations in tone, veining, and natural lines are part of what makes marble so special — and this is something we always note clearly in the product descriptions.
That said, I completely understand your concern about the lids not being identical. Because of the nature of the material, even if we were to send a replacement, we couldn’t guarantee it would be an exact match — and we wouldn’t want to disappoint you further.
If a piece arrives damaged, chipped, or broken, we are absolutely committed to replacing it under our damage policy. In cases like this, where it's related to natural variation, we always offer a full refund should the customer not be satisfied with the look of the marble upon arrival.
I also appreciate you bringing up our return policy. As we import all pieces from the U.S. and fully cover the international shipping, customs, and taxes for our customers, we simply ask that returns due to change of mind be sent back at the customer’s expense.
