Late processing poor communication

A week since I placed my first order with this company and the item still hasn’t even been dispatched. No communication apart from an order confirmation. Reached out via email as their FAQ’s say to contact if haven’t heard anything within 5 working days, no reply.

Edit: got a reply from the company, terrible attitude with phrases like ‘fml’. Only reinforces lack of customer care and service. Asked for a refund and cancel, let’s see if it actually comes through

To the normal people—
We advertise we print and ship in 2-5 working days. (Usually 2/3 but say 5 for a safety net)
If i hadn’t have cancelled and refunded (yes you will get it) it would have been shipped within that timeframe. Absolutely no problem with a misunderstanding or misreading. But i can’t help that
The mind boggle is the thursday night 8pm email to ask where the order is (absolutely fine) but then leave thr 1 star review at 8/9am friday because the email wasnt replied too. Thats psycho behaviour. 😂🙈
Always do my absolute best to solve any situation but some just can’t be

I deleted a one star review a few days…

I deleted a one star review a few days ago as I felt bad that a small company were struggling under pressure over Easter. I get it. I also have my own company to run. However I don’t put on an Easter promotion and then let all my staff go away for a knees up at a tattoo convention so they can’t fulfill orders (I was informed this is why there was a delay)
My order arrived after 8 working days. That’s fine, I get the delay but to get home and open my order to find it’s wrong is just taking the piss. Get a grip

Wonderful package arrived today

Wonderful package arrived today. Great quality item and I love the designs on the clothing. My only criticism is whilst I know it might take a while to design each item it would be good to be kept updated however this was my first order so I will remember this next time. Thank you very much.

Ordered a T-shirt and after 8 or 9 days…

Ordered a T-shirt and after 8 or 9 days of it not arriving I emailed a query, no response. It’s now 2 weeks since I ordered the t-shirt and it’s still not arrived and no reply to my 3 emails. I’ve have received several spam emails from High Dive trying to get me to buy goods but no response about my order. Terrible service, zero communication and one lost customer. Companies start behaving like this when they are teetering on a financial tight rope and struggling. With customer service like I’ve been shown, I’m not surprised.

been trying to juggle easter holidays, people off on holiday, sickness and a tattoo convention, jade has been trying to entertain kids for the last couple weeks of half term and is catching up on emails each day so sorry you havent had a response yet!
but orders from 8/9 days ago have all shipped to best of my knowledge, we're shipping the weekends orders right now!

No dispatch, no response

Dispatch information non existent after 6 days and no response from customer service after two e-mails sent and a chaser via social media.

This might be acceptable if they weren't bombarding inboxes with marketing emails / campaigns on a daily basis. It's not exactly like the products are cheap, either.

Am really disappointed as I have ordered from high dive (checks notes) on 6 previous occasions but I suspect this will be the last.

Resolved my issue, great customer service

I had an issue with a pair of shorts I bought from them which in the description said they were faded black but they arrived as grey shorts, they said it was printed on the wrong colour shorts by accident and are going to send me a new pair in the right colour.

I'm happy that they have offered to do this for me

Absolutely love the t shirts! Designs are awesome, t shirts are premium feel and the team at high dive are brilliant! Even when they had delays in shipping they sent me a money off voucher! Keep up the amazing work guys!

Didn’t fulfil the order

I’ve had a few items in the past. Quality of which have been decent. I’ve asked questions in the past about orders but never got any response.

The latest one was slow to ship, then when it did arrive there is one item missing. They don’t reply to emails, so at this point basically I’m not getting what I ordered and payed for.

A loss on the hoodie

Took a risk on a mystery box and have to say I was slightly gutted. The hoodie just looked really cheap with a bad Halloween looking Microsoft font, although the actual design was cool. Shame as I looked at the hoodies prior and was excited but this one wasn’t on there so assuming it was a throwaway or something. That aside the hat and T-shirt I had no problems with and all great quality fabric

Not great.

Have ordered from them multiple times over the last few years. The last two times I have ordered mystery boxes which are supposed to come with 4 items. Both times I have been sent 2 items and had to chase them up to send the rest. Never get an apology or explanation. Last time the extra items they sent after I chased them up were purposely the wrong size. Wont be ordering from them again! Normally smaller indy brands provide a better service..... obviously not.

Very slow to ship

Placed an order on 18th February but didn’t get the usual ‘your item has been shipped’ email. I chased via their site’s online messaging service but didn’t hear back, and then got a notification on 26th to say it had been shipped. To take over a week to ship just 2 items seems pretty poor, and it’s now past my partner’s birthday (27th) whom it was for. Some form of communication would have been appreciated. I just got a Royal Mail notifcation to say delivery attempted (28th) however I have been at home all day and there has been no one on the ring doorbell. Very frustrating but I get that this separate issue is RM’s fault and not the store’s. But now my partner won’t get it for 2 weeks as he’ll be away for work. Just very frustrating all-round.

We have been advertising 1-2 weeks despatch on all web banners/ emails etc since December, up till tuesday 24rh when i took it off as we we’re basically back to normal. We make/ print/ embroider all items ourselves so ifs taken a while to catch up

Absolutely fantastic clothes.
Bought trackies from them and I'm not lying when I say I live in them.

Had a few issues on delivery but they were fantastic at getting it sorted. Massively appreciate the communication from them.

Got a t-shirt as a gift

Got a t-shirt as a gift, really cool design and the t-shirt felt like good quality. Shame the print wasnt, after 1 wash it looked like i had owned the t-shirt for years all the colour had washed out.
I tried to contact them and never got a response, so not good customer service either.
Overall the fabric quality was good but dont expect the print to stay colourful or vibrant.

Waiting.....

Seeing the number of people put out by the long wait times and multiple, like myself, having not really noticed any clear indication of the length of the wait on their site, surely, at some point the "we are a small business" reasoning just becomes a woefully thin excuse and you either stop taking orders to preserve your ability to deliver on time, or maybe the business isn't that small with the supposed large volume of orders backlogged and therefore have the measures in place to account for this eventuality. Won't be ordering again.

Hey con, i admit. I f’kd up. My life has been a living nightmare since black friday. You’d think great, must have plenty in the bank. Nope. All profits from november has paid for bills in dec/ jan/ feb.
At the moment all orders up to 6th feb should have gone today, 7-14th will be going mon/ tues. 14th- now will also go next week so we will be back to normal.
Had 10 1 star reviews over the last 8 yesrs. And have had about 20/25ish over the last 3 months. We pretty much stopped advertising from dec 7th- jan 15th ish then realised we had bills to pay so are advertising around 50% to normal. The web banner/ faq’s and order confirmation currently advertise 1-2 week despatch. We have had 2 new people come on board. I am moving thr unit around this week as we noticed some things that just don’t work when we get really busy and Jade will be back off production and onto customer service and back end stuff full time from next week. Yeh we’re a small team. We have growing pains. But we’re trying and you don’t get shit like that from asos.
Sorry, i can’t see any info on here about your order so i have req info and will check it as soon as i get it🙏

Small but reliable

Despite it looks like a big company, it’s a one man show. The guy prints and posts so backlogs are inevitable. Did he get too big? Probably but ordered several times and always received my items.
If you need to contact him, try to dm him on Instagram cause you won’t be lucky if you mail him.
Time has come to get extra help maybe.

Been eyeing up a hoodie from these guys for ages. When I finally ordered on 24/01, as far as I am aware there was no information on the website regarding delayed shipping. Even though I'd ordered in January, my email confirmation contained details regarding Christmas delivery cut-off, nothing about a potential extended wait time this side of Christmas. I then got an email a day later stating that there was a delay of up to two weeks... Annoying that I wasn't informed before purchasing, but at that point there was nothing I could do. After two weeks had passed and I still hadn't received anything, I commented on an Instagram post of High Dive's to explain the situation and ask for an update- they appear to be deleting any negative comments because mine was deleted very quickly. I did however have a private message saying it would be coming in the next couple of days. The hoodie finally arrived 11/02. The print design is awesome, and the quality of the print seems good, but that's as far as I'll go. The hoodie is so thin and feels poor quality, I have t-shirts that are thicker and I'm properly gutted. I had such high hopes and wanted this hoodie for ages:( I won't be pursuing a return because of the time it took to arrive in the first place, and I also won't be ordering again unless there is plans to change the quality/materials etc. A real shame because your designs are awesome.

Loved this brand but now I'll think twice......

As a returning customer, I am shocked at the poor quality of the 'see you in hell' hoodie.
The extremely thin material and QC China sticker on the inside has now made me think twice about ordering in the future.
Such a shame, great designs but extremely poor quality. £54.95 is scandalous for a c.£10 Chinese mass produced hoodie.

The T Shirt I ordered however is in keeping with the quality I know them for 💪🏻.

Sorry to hear your disappointment on the hoody, its actually the most common hoodie in the world. 280gsm. Literally every band/ brand/ organisation ever has used this hoodie at some point. We use it as our basic hood because not everyone likes the £70 price point hood, but this hood is absolutely beautiful. And i am deciding wether to make the more ££ hood our standard but feedback was most people like the standard option too

I would offer to send you see you in hell on the premium hood but we don’t have the same nude colour.

Silence and no order!

I have used this company before and had no issues. It has always been quick dispatch and my husband likes the products. I ordered something 2 weeks ago which was intended to be a birthday gift. I took into account the 2-5 working days dispatch time it states on the website but it has still not been shipped. I’ve had no reply to emails, not even a generic one to apologise for the delay. I’ve had to go through the bank to get a refund and now need to find an additional gift at late notice. Other reviews show there have been a lot of delays recently so I’m not quite sure what is going on but please at least reply to customer queries!
