My 10 year experience with Higher Vizibility

I’ve been a client of Higher Vizibility for probably about 10 years now.

I started with a homemade website, that I put together with one of those free templates, which did absolutely nothing for me.

That’s when I started interviewing companies to help me out and ultimately landed on Higher Vizibility. They helped me create a brand new website, and between 30 and 60 days in, I started getting consistent leads from my website.

Fast forward to today, my site is stronger in ranking higher than ever, and I am receiving multiple leads every day from my website.

Honestly, without these leads, my company is not what it is today.

They’ve always been very responsive and I’ve done a great job giving me updates on the health of my website, and its growth.

They really care about their clients, and it shows.

Hide behind contracts, and dont stand behiind the work

I signed up for a 3 month trial period. The account manager I was assigned was so ineffective and unresponsive that she was fired. I expressed my disappointment with the work that wasnt done to the replacement, saying he would turn the ship around and to trust him. I indicated the way things are going i dont want to renew the contract. They pushed me into the permanaent contract despite my wishing and are hiding behind legalese to enforce it, despite broken promises and subpar work. They do not treat there clients fairly

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you felt unsupported during the early part of your engagement. Communication and responsiveness matter, and we take that seriously.

To clarify a few points for accuracy, the agreement signed was a 12 month contract that included a 3 month introductory trial period. We did not push anyone into a different or permanent contract after the fact. When you shared that you did not intend to continue, we reviewed the cancellation terms in the signed agreement and followed the process outlined there.

Regarding results, SEO is a long term strategy and progress typically takes time and depends on competition, site condition, and scope of work. That said, expectations should always be clearly aligned, and we regret if that did not feel clear throughout the process.

A total rip off

A total rip off. I hired them in 2021 to boost my online traffic. Over $100,000 later I can’t even be found after being in business for 16 years. There’s a pending legal case so I won’t say anything else except do not. I repeat do not hire this company Higher Visibility.

This company is scamming people by…

This company is scamming people by forcing them to pay 20% taxes on their earnings before they ever get their money. What kind of business does that? I know it’s taxable but I’ve never heard of a company making you send them your taxes before you can withdraw anything. Stay away because it’s a scam!

We’re very sorry to hear this happened to you, but we want to clarify that our company is in no way associated with the scam you described. It appears that another party is fraudulently using our name to deceive people, and we’re aware of this issue.
This has absolutely nothing to do with the type of business we operate or the services we provide. We do not require any upfront tax payments or withholdings before releasing funds, and we encourage others to be extremely cautious if approached with such demands.
We are taking steps to report and prevent the misuse of our name and appreciate you helping raise awareness to protect others.

This has absolutely no connection to the legitimate business we operate or the services we provide. We do not handle funds or operate in any way that would involve asking for or receiving money from individuals in the manner you described.

We strongly encourage everyone to be cautious and verify who they are dealing with, especially when it comes to financial transactions. We’re taking steps to report the misuse of our name and protect the public from further harm.

This is a SCAM

This is a SCAM. Their phone numbers aren't verified because they have to keep starting over their business. I invested and lost over $200. They give you $20 up front and ask you to keep boosting apps to make a few bucks a day. Then they hit you with a major assignment costing four hundred dollars to invest or you don't get your money back. Be careful because asking for an at home job is not good when you have to pay first. They have a platform that entices people by thinking their boosting software apps. But they are liars. I'm sorry I had this experience but hope it helps you make a better decision. Check BBB too.
