Very helpful fast delivery

Such a sound bloke. Ordered the parts as soon as they arrived he got straight to building the pc and delivered it to my doorstep. Would highly recommend!

Amazing service, constant updates. Couldn’t be happier

We bought two more office PCs from Highlanderstore. As before, there was good dialogue about required specs and when the requirements changed after the initial purchase they were more than happy to add in the extra parts. A great experience from beginning to end!

Good value for money, very quick dispatch and timely, friendly communication.

I had been searching for a gaming PC for quite some time and came across Highlanderstore. At first, the prices seemed almost too good to be true. However, after speaking with Blair and asking hundreds of questions, my concerns were quickly put to rest.

Blair was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful—working within my budget and accommodating a very tight timeline. The level of service was outstanding from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a gaming PC.

Thank you.

Really good guy, great communication, really happy with the product. Highly recommend.

Blair upgraded my pc for me and did it quick and well no complaints nice guy aswell and knows his stuff 👍

I had an excellent experience working with this Blair. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding with clear communication, honest advice, and genuine care for making sure everything was done right. The build itself was clean, well organized, and exceeded my expectations. Blair took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with my computer and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality custom PC and top-tier service.

Great guy, communication was excellent and he was happy to give us time and advice on choosing a pc for our grandson. Having experienced 2 less than honest pc builders in past weeks, we were very nervous but soon put at ease by Blair.
PC is first class, looks amazing, excellent spec and a perfect buy.

Wow, what can I say about Highlander store! From minute one Blair was excellent, knowledgeable and never made me feel silly!

New PC runs amazing and I am so glad I went locally, customer service top tier and helped me with any little issue!

Thank you Blair!

Amazing experience overall. Had spent some time doing research for a built PC and finally went for Blair. Quality product and competitive prices. Communication with Blair has been excellent from start to finish and delivery was super fast.
Really happy with the PC, everything arrived perfectly and works great. Would definitely recommend.

We phoned Blair, asking about a pc he had for sale, he said it had sold but he could build us one that same day. He built the pc super fast and it was ready to collect the morning after. 5 star service really easy to deal with. Can’t recommend highly enough

Amazing service, went above and beyond. Very informative and solved issues that came about because of other services. Will thoroughly recommend to anyone needing PC knowledge or parts

I had a second job that needing doing to my computer, and the communication and responsers were always very fast and organised. Top quality work with progress photos and the pick up and drop of! Zero faults whatsoever and more than 100% trustworthy! Will come back again!

Recently bought a couple of upgrades from the highlander store for my son’s Xmas gift. They advised as to what to purchase and installed them promptly. Also went above and beyond fixing a virus causing WiFi issue. The only place I’d go for professional cost efficient service. Many thanks

I ordered three separate PC components from this store and overall had a really positive experience. Two of the items were perfect, and although I had to return one of them, the return and refund process was handled really well. Communication was clear, the seller was helpful throughout, and the refund was issued with no fuss.

It’s always reassuring when a company deals with issues professionally, and this one absolutely did. I’d happily order from them again.

Build was done in good time with a fair price and Blair was helpful with every question/resquest

I contacted highlander store after my son’s pc suddenly stopped working. After investigating he found the pc,which had been sold to me as new by another company, actually had cheap second hand parts which were now failing! He was really honest and knowledgable, guiding us through different options and price points for the replacement parts needed. Once decided, they were ordered and arrived the next day, then the pc returned to us good as new the day after. He even collected and returned the pc- brilliant service. My sons been super happy to have his pc back working how it should and has been busy downloading all his games with no problems 👍. We won’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends and will certainly be using again in the future🙂

2nd time using Blair and the service was again flawless!

I approached Blair with a build from a common large business and he was able to re-create the build and save me over £500 in less than 6 hours!

PC was built in in less than a week and it runs like a dream, would recommend Highlander to anyone looking to get a quality system for a fair price with immaculate standards.
