My mother is 89yrs old and suffers from vascular dementia and alzheimers. My mothers hearing had deteriorated over the last few weeks which I felt was making her confusion much worse. She is housebound and I was at a loss at how to deal with it. I went online to see if there was any service that provided home visits. I discovered Highland Hears from the moment I phoned the professionalism and advice I was given was just amazing. I put the required ear drops in and Mr Smith came today to deal with my mothers ear wax. He talked through the procedure with myself and mother ensuring we understood all that was going on. He took his time reassuring my mother the whole time. I cannot recommend Highland Hears enough and I will definitely be using them again. Thank you so much. I don't know who was more excited when the procedure was completed Mr Smith or my mother when she said she was able to hear us!!!!

Wish I had made appointment weeks ago.Took a wrong turn on way and the receptionist talked us by phone right to gate going above and beyond her duty. Very professional service combined with a great understanding of importance to make a patient feel at ease. Couldn't recommend anyone better than Highland Hears.

Quick consultation. We were on holiday and happy that we could have these plugs made here (we live in a country that doesn't offer this). It will take some weeks to have the plugs made and shipped, but very pleased with the service.

Deaf with blocked ears. Managed to get an appointment quickly. Wax removed in 1 visit. Hearing back to normal. Friendly and painless. Highly recommend.

Quentin explained the process very well & I felt totally at ease. Used a camera to look in both ears & took pictures. I could see the wax build up in both ears. Got suction on both and again saw pictures of the "after". You could now see the eardrum. Hopefully this will help as blocked ear feeling now gone. Useful tips & advice too.

My first experience of having my ears examined (aside from a hearing test in my youth). I was reluctant to have anyone use any device in my ears however a reoccurring problem led me to the clinic at Highland Hears. I only wish I’d come sooner as said issue was immediately addressed and resolved, and the blockage cleared. I felt that I was in very safe & capable hands and would highly recommend the service provided at Highland Hears.
