Highlight Express International Ltd is superb

Highlight Express International Ltd is the best box company I ever used in sending my boxes. This company is very reliable and very affordable. I love their promo prices and I like their ultra big boxes. My last two boxes just arrive last Monday and they are in good shape and in best condition. I’m happy to recommend this box company to my friends here in UK. Well done Highlight Express 👏👏👏

I have been using Highlight Express for over 15years. They’re the best company for sending padala boxes to Philippines. Great communication and great service. I highly recommend.

Efficient and Good customer service

Been using Highlight Express since 2003, and from then I never recall any problems with them, my boxes always arrived on time and in very good shape, no damaged or broken boxes. They are efficient and have a very good customer service. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Avoid

I've been a loyal customer since 2010 and even encouraged my friends and colleagues to use the service, but these past few days have been so disappointing that I no longer want to use this courier again. I sent my box in August to ensure it would arrive by Christmas. The driver called my dad once—just once—didn’t try again, and didn’t even call the other number listed on the form. Then he just left! When my mum called them back, the driver said it had been loaded onto another truck! That was Monday, the 16th. Christmas is next week, and it’s also my dad’s 70th birthday, with everything needed for his big celebration in that box! They have literally ruined everything, and they still can’t give us any answer as to whether they will be able to deliver the box by Christmas! Avoid this service!!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our number one priority is to always provide the service you have been accustomed to over the years.
Unfortunately due to the conflict in the Middle East, vessel transit times are affected bringing about longer transit times. This has a knock on affect too resulting in congestion at the connecting Far East ports. This creates delays in shipment arrivals coming into the Philippines.
In regards to the delivery, the delivery team were unable to contact your receiver the first time round thus causing the delay in delivery. However we managed to redeliver your boxes on the 22nd December.

One again we used Highlight Express, because they always look after our boxes really well often checking and like this morning adding extra tape to make sure our boxes will arrive safely (as usual)

I salute the review of Conifer on March…

It’s TIME to REMOVE R_C_RD in your company. Unless you don’t care about your customers then you will let R_ch_d stay in your company forever, harassing the customers on the phone. I salute the review of Conifer on March 12, 2024 because you are so brave to put this true negative review for the customer service staff R_i_c_rd whose been employed there for so long and abusing the customers on the phone with his awful mouth and bad attitude. This R_c_rd shouts at the customers on the phone. The one who deals with this reviews told me to remove my negative review. I didn’t remove it because you’re just covering up the bad attitude of R_c_rd. R_c_rd felt that he’s so entitled despite his negative reviews and complaints against him from the customers he’s still employed in Highlights He felt he’s untouchable. All I can say to the owner pls reconsider removing Ri_c_rd from your company because he’s abusing the customers. All I can say to other customers go to Citizens Advice Bureau to complain him. Now the highlights owner is phoning me. The owner deals the customers who gave the negative reviews but they don’t deal with Ri_c_rd’s bad attitude and awful mouth. I hope the owner will panic what yo do with R_ch_rd than panicking and phoning the customers who gave bad reviews by phoning at then at once even on Sunday. My bad experience with R_i_hrs was last May 16, 2023 and I posted a negative review on him because I’m so fed up with his bad attitude everytime I phoned the Highlights and almost one year he’s still doing the same to other customers. Really he’s still there employed by Highlights.

Fantastic service and friendly staff

Absolutely fantastic experience collecting and shipping my box to the Philippines! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, everything was smooth and efficient. Also great service when I was asking questions and following up on my box! Thank you so much Sharon and your team for the great service!!!

Poor Customer Support Service + Boxes Not Delivered Yet

Why employ someone who lacks customer service skills? Mr.R***d, if I recall correctly, should not be assigned to the front desk or customer interaction, especially over the phone, given his attitude. During our recent conversation, I wasn't prepared with the shipment number, so I provided my name. Mr. R raised his voice, claiming he had to search through files or the system for my details. Isn't it his job to do so? He unnecessarily complicated the conversation with numerous tasks to update me, which escalated tensions. Eventually, he located my name and the recipient's name. Then he asked about the province the boxes were going to, despite it being clearly indicated on the receipt. He claimed it was for verification purposes, but questioning the province before the recipient's name seemed illogical. Mr.R also informed me that updates were sent to existing customers last month via text in February. He stated that the reason for not reaching out to me was due to the absence of my number on the A4 receipt. Yet, they initially obtained my number when I arranged box delivery and collection through calls and text messages. It's the company's responsibility to update existing customers, especially in the case of delays.

Overall, I'm dissatisfied with the customer service provided. Mr.R behaves as if he's doing customers a favor, asserting control and shutting down dialogue. Unless Mr.R is a family member, his attitude reflects poorly on your company. Highlight Express, it's crucial to address the quality of your customer support, as it represents your company's image.

Importantly, I contacted to follow up on the three boxes collected in late November 2023 (21st) that haven't been delivered yet. It's been over three months now, significantly beyond the promised two and a half months delivery period. I will be in touch to further address this matter.

We are sorry that this was experience. We strive to provide all our clients good customer service and we apologise that you felt it fell short of that at this particular time. Please accept our apologies and hope we can rectify the situation. We have been trying to call you to discuss this matter personally but have got no reply.

Delays are being felt by all cargo forwarders in Europe going to South East Asia at this time due to all cargo vessels rerouting around Africa to avoid the continuing conflict in the Red Sea.

Excellent trouble free experience and communication

Well,what can I say
I cannot recommend this company enough!
They collected my tools(a lot of) and personal belongings from Harrow Uk.They did a very professional job including wrapping and putting everything into crates including my fishing tackle which is somewhat delicate.
Sharon and Josh(the company owners) have a great staff who worked very professionally and quickly got the job done in a very short time.
We were in contact while I waited in the Phillipines and Sharon even held back the shipment in Manila until I was ready to accept it.Everything arrived without damage and I didn’t have any hassle with customs because they sorted everything out(reading other peoples experiences,this can be an experience you want to avoid if possible)from start to finish.
Thanks again Sharon and Josh and of course the staff for an excellent service without any problems.

Excellent service as shipping company

Excellent service as shipping company, always on time for collection as well as delivering boxes abroad (ETA) Staff are are very friendly and reliable. I’ve been customer with highlight express int. ltd. company for decades and 100% percent trusted. I’m giving my honest opinion 10 out of 10. Rate 5⭐️ I’ve recommended to members of my family and friend to use their service and I wasn’t disappointed with their feedback.

Very very rude customer service staff…

Very very rude customer service staff R_c_rd, Everytime I talked to him on the phone he will stop me when I tried to talk when there is a pause of communication on the phone and he will tell me”Sandali lang te hindi Pa ako tapos” in a very rude tone and consistently he used that line to cut me off everytime I phoned highlights and tried to talk. He’s got this attitude to bully and to be rude to co-Filipinos because of same race and he doesn’t have fear of being complained. I’ll better report him to citizens advice bureau for being abusive verbally to co-Filipinos in UK. I had enough of his bad attitude. He needs to be stop from abusing co-Filipinos in UK. To all the customers of highlights if you experience this verbal abuse from this customer service staff R_c_rd, pls comment also so that he needs to be stop in abusing his co-Filipinos.

Hats off to Highlight Express Intl!

We knew of Highland Express International’s (HEI) excellent reputation in warehousing, packing and shipping and had no qualms in choosing them when we decided to relocate from the UK. The advice and service provided by HEI was First Class from the initial consultation to the packing, container loading, unloading at destination, delivery and unloading at our new address. Their HEI team were punctual, efficient and worked swiftly. We would have no hesitation in recommending HEI to one and all!

Very Happy with Highlight Express

Very happy with Highlight Express and would use them again. They arranged the pick up in the UK at a convenient time for us...which meant they had to re-arrange their schedule. Crating of our valuables was excellent and everything arrived in one piece. My only critique would be to keep people better updated as to when items would actually be arriving/delivered...due to severe delays in the container arrival. I know this is beyond there control but as the items were important to me I would like to have been kept up to date rather than me being the one to follow. Other than that...great job. Thank you

Extremely disappointing!!!! 85 percent of my goods were stolen!!!

The majority of my goods did not arrive they were stolen during transit,all of the expensive and good quality items were taken out of the box,all the cheap remaining goods were delivered. I sent them pictures of what has arrived and the status of my box!
I have contacted the company and they have done nothing about it,although they got back to me few times but not solving it, they just kept telling me about investigating the issue.
I have used other cargo companies before sending boxes home to the Philippines and I’ve never have this happen before. Most of the items were stolen can never be replace! I will never use this company again!!!

Good and reliable

Highlights express is good and reliable shipping company. Great customer service, I have been a customer for more than 20 years and have had no problems. Packing is not an issues. They have a lot to offer, from boxes to lift vans and containers. All for great reasonable price.
