We really enjoyed the Easter Factory Trail. The instructions could have been clearer - we didn't realise you had to scan the QR code at each point at first. A few pages of the book came out blank too... Ver mais

I did this Jubilee trail with my 4 year old daughter and she thoroughly enjoyed it. The markers were well displayed throughout the trail and with the digital map, reasonably easy to find. The stories... Ver mais

Didn’t realise you had to scroll to get instructions for selfies or download them to make book at end so we have no book.

Great fun
Great fun, daughter loved it. The shops need to make sure their window stickers are applied properly to scan the codes. Possibly could be printed better but that aside, great fun.

Christmas Spirit Trail last…
We did the Christmas Spirit Trail last December. My 6yr old enjoyed it, such a fun activity to do together. The qr code was easy to scan, love that we can take a photo with the characters as well. The bonus story was good too. Will do it again next time!

Family fun
My 2 year old loved looking for the different characters in the different windows and enjoyed having a selfie with different characters.
It wore him out too and ended with him having a lovely nap.

Highly recommend
Highly recommend any of the trails put on at the lexicon, I did the Christmas spirit trail with my 3 sons & we all absolutely loved it!

Trail was not that much fun as at least…
Trail was not that much fun as at least one of the retailers did not have the code/monster displayed in their window and we were unable to complete the trail. On questioning the staff didn't know anything about it.

We're disappointed to hear about your bad experience. It's very rare but occasionally a host takes down a vinyl by mistake or through miscommunication between staff. We work very hard creating our trails to make them the best experience possible so we are just as disappointed as you when this happens and it is usually rectified within hours. However, this is obviously something completely out of our control so the poor review seems quite unjustified.
