Apologies regarding this, the order number you gave was for a different order which was posted, however your order was rejected and never dispatched.

The pending charge against your account will have been cancelled and should have disappeared by now.

Simple, efficient process

The cream was recommended to me by my son and as it was over the holiday period and my doctors was closed I decided to use this online pharmacy. There was a simple questionnaire to complete and the item was received within a few days, much quicker than if I’d had to wait for a doctor’s appointment. I was kept informed of progress at all stages of the process.

Items arrived and are not what I thought i had ordered. Went back and checked, to the see a small print disclaimer stating products may vary.

@Hightown Pharmacy, send what is pictured or don’t bother - not good enough and misleading.

Hi Russell,

I first want to clarify for anyone reading this review, that you did in fact receive the correct medicine, as your review makes it seem like we have decided to send you a completely different product.

Generically listed medicines on the site all have the disclaimer 'Brand may vary. Brand shown is for illustrative purposes only.' right on the image of the product. as we cannot guarantee what brand comes in.

As each time we receive a delivery from the wholesaler a different brand would come in, it wouldn't be feasible to change the pictures on the website every time we get a different brand of in stock.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Very fast delivery in a very difficult time. This service is so useful. Gp appointments can take so long to arrange. I really appreciate the work you guys are doing keep it up. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much.
