DON’T BUY!! The watch made in China. Despite its high price tag, it feels cheap and nasty. So pissed off wasted my money

I am embarrased i fell for this scam site via Facebook...

Ordered two items, "secure" payment was taken and no items have been dispatched. All email correspondence has been bounced back as undeliverable.

Achtung Betrüger!!! Schuhe in absolut minderwertiger Qualität, ganz schlecht verarbeitet! Nur gut genug für die Mülltonne! Versand hat 6 Wochen gedauert! Rückversand nach Island, wir sollen 35 Euro dafür bezahlen, Schuhe haben knapp 40 Euro gekostet! Dringend Finger weg lassen!

THIS IS A SCAM. I ordered two side tables from them in December. They gave me the same exact run around like everyone else..saying the tables were on backorder. I have sent 15+ emails asking for them to submit a refund to me, with no response. I am out $189.00.

SCAM! Ordered a rug Dec2021 and have not received anything or any reply. Out $500!

I feel pretty dumb for falling for an Instagram ad scam but here we are.

There are no lamps or tables, the fake company just charges you and disappears. They don’t email back, its all robots, its better to just forgive yourself and move on and do better next time because everyone makes mistakes.

Fck these people though for real, I lost $290.

This is a scam. I placed an order for $290 worth of merchandise (a table and side table) in November 2021, and I still have not received anything. I have emailed, and now am in conversation with my credit card company about opening a claim. I'm nervous that I will be out of my money, and it's infuriating. Do not purchase.

This is a SCAM. I bought a lamp 6 weeks ago and they won't give a refund, I get bot like emails three days after I complain which say they are looking into it.

Its a scam do not buy you will never receive your order!

DO NOT BUY!! SCAM SCAM!! THEY ARE THIEVES! Also operate under Mukina Designs- I ordered these vases over a month ago and spent close to £150. 6 weeks later I have received nothing and noone will reply to any of my correspondence. HORRIBLE SERVICE, NO PRODUCTS RECIEVED AND NO REFUND GIVEN!! AVOID!!!!

I ordered hikari signature table
After successful order, they said it's out of stock
Then they made me wait 2 weeks
And suddenly it was shipped
Shipping day was a week later
But it never arrived
So I contacted FedEx but the tracking number hikari sent me was not working
FedEx said sometime it take few days
Then I waited a week
But it wasn't charge 2 months
While 2month hikari was keep saying that table is already FedEx warehouse
FedEx said it is not
Last 2 weeks I asked them refund
And today finally they refund the money to me
And said "it is out of stock, we'll let you know immediately when it's in stock"

This is a scam. Be very wary of all the fake positive reviews. It didn’t take me long to realize this. Buyer beware!!

I ordered a set of pricey coffee tables from them in June, when the website suggested a fast delivery to Germany. After a month of waiting I contacted them and they told me something about a bad shipping partner and they don't know if things have been shipped or not. They cancelled my order shortly after and told me I'd get a refund and should order the items again from their new site with a different URL, because that had to be changed. I was still willing to believe them at this point, even though it seemed strange, but in the end I never received the refund (nor the tables) and they never replied to any of my emails after that. (I had to formally request a chargeback with my credit card bank for a chance to get my 500 USD back.)

Now that I'm taking a closer look at all the positive reviews here I'm pretty sure the vast majority of them are fake (all 5 stars with the same tone in their language from accounts with no others reviews).

Also, the official company has been registered in the UK in May 2021 under the name of some kid from Turkey who just turned 18 this year, according to official registry data (just search for "Hikari Group Ltd" and pick the gov.uk site). The website claims it was founded 2016.

All in all I can only say: STAY AWAY FROM THIS! Do a reverse image search on the items you like and find a better place to buy them from.

Made an order 24 June. No tracking updates provided. On 30 Aug I tried to contact them to ask where it is, no response. On 3 Sep tried again to ask for a refund as it still not had arrived, still no response. Now trying to recover the money through bank, without success so far. They may well be a scam. Avoid!

SCAM SCAM SCAM, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. You won’t receive it, you won’t get a refund.

Placed an order 27 June. After initial assurances that the tables would be ready for delivery within 7-10 business days nothing arrives. Some time later, I follow up and am told there are some orders being shipped without any notice and that I should contact them if I receive my tables. After more waiting my orders are cancelled on August 4th with a note saying REFUNDED. I have received no refund, and have informed Oliver Eccay and his team of this several times. It's a month later and NatWest tells me that no attempt to refund the amount has been made and that the authorisation code Oliver provided "doesn't correspond to anything". They are trying other methods to retrieve my funds.

In short: they didn't deliver the table and didn't refund me my money. The bank is trying to see what they can do but are not hopeful.
