Scam website, reselling Temu items for 10x their price

This website is a total scam. Ordered womens shorts for £35 and they’ve arrived nothing like the picture and have been shipped in a Temu bag. I waited weeks for this to arrive so it’s just the usual scam site. Awful quality, not what I’ve paid for.

Rubbish !

Terrible boots and took weeks to arrive. Not waterproof, and not ture to size, very small. This is not a uk company they are based abroad.

Item took nearly a month to arrive…

Item took nearly a month to arrive after several emails asking for updates. When the item did arrive it was not needed as it took that long to come , i did ask to cancel my order when i spent nearly a month waiting for it but they said i couldnt cancel and would be able to return it when it arrived. Their return options however are to send it back overseas and fund that youself which can cost nearly as much as said item or a 50% refund and keep the item or swap for free. Which is ridiculous , i will never buy of this company again i wish id never ordered off them and would recommend people dont make my mistake and save themselves time and money.

Scam site

Ordered a poncho. It took almost a month to arrive from China and when it did it was not the item I ordered, it was more like the sub £10 item I'd ordered from Amazon the previous year , not the £35 poncho I'd ordered on the site. Was given the usual chinese scam product options (send back at my expense for full refund or keep for a half refund). Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Very good customer service

Very good customer service. The item took a bit longer to arrive than expected and there was an issue re the sizes. No doubt my fault. All issues resolved. Will use again.

Great company and customer service

Easy to order and to get through to customer services, sent an email regarding tracking and was replied to within about 1-3 hours (considering usually some companies don’t even reply, this is great!)

Great customer service!

Had a little problem with my card details not registering but sent an email and the support team replied almost immediately and help me sort the issue in no time!

I contacted Hike Summit as I had…

I contacted Hike Summit as I had accidentally received the wrong size shoe and I requested to swop the shoes for the correct size. I had an immediate response & an apology. And that the correct size will be sent out straight away and that I can keep the wrong ones as an apology. What wonderful customer service x
