I love how the All-Day Hiker looks. It's not a big, bulky, 'astronant' boot. It's sleek and looks great with jeans or hiking pants. It's great to finally have performance and style.

The 'Hike Balance All-Day' shoes are the best. I bought them for the 'balance' and 'support' claims, and they deliver. I feel so much more stable on my feet. It's a fantastic design.

I'm a minimalist. I love my barefoot shoes. They're easy to pack, easy to clean, and they've made my feet so much stronger. I'II never go back to 'normal' shoes. HikeBalance has the best ones on the market.

My feet feel stronger. That's the best way to describe the effect of the barefoot shoes. My arches, which used to be weak, feel engaged and powerful. It's a total transformation.

Sizes dont fit as advertised. 1st pair size 12 were perfect fit. Next time i ordered a pair of 12s they were to small to even try and break in. Wanted to exchange and was told id have to pay for shipping return and shipping new ones which would be almost as much as I originally paid.

We ordered 2 pairs, my friend and I. the shoes were not comfortable from day 1. the sides were too high and were hitting my lateral malleoli. I have been trying to return them for over 3 weeks. NO responses from the company who shipped them, I gave them information 3 times and the last time NO responce at all. DO NOT GET THESE.

It's a shame you can't give a -ve star rating. Sizing confusion. Size charts differ between different styles. Four months of incredibly slow responses. When you do get a reply it's as though if was system generated. Customer "Care" is a joke. I got asked to send photos even though a month earlier I had already done that. If they read the full email history they wouldn't keep asking the same questions.
4 months now a still wrong.
Avoid this company like the plague. In around 40 yrs of making purchases on-line, Hike Balance in by a country mile, THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

One star is too many. This company also sells eye supplement tablets currently known as Neurobella. They take out a monthly subscription on your behalf and dont warn you about this bwfore they take money from your account. As it's so clearly a scam i am not swallowing their tablets and furthermore have cancelled my Paypal account as they are not managing or supporting their existing clients. The link between boots and eye tablets is a craftily engineered web of scams.

They deserve zero stars! Im so angry that no one gets back to me regarding a return of two pairs of shoes, that do not fit me. Please do not buy from them its a scam and shoes dont fit properly.

Had size issues and had very slow response. Tried to fix and made a review this was followed by silence. The size of the toe boxes varies. Shoe sizes are not consistent!

If you are thinking of purchasing shoes from Ortho-Balance or Hike Balance, DON’T!

I purchased a pair from these organizations. They did not fit because my foot is wide. Upon asking to return the shoes for a credit to my CC, I found they are nothing but scammers. Thru 10 emails back and forth they wanted me to return the shoes and accept a pair at a larger size. I stated a larger size without appropriate width options I did not want other shoes.

They told me it would cost me money to send them back MORE than the price I paid ($99.95) to return them! Told me to donate the shoes to somebody or charity so they could go to good use. Last offer was a $30 refund to my CC.

On their website, the stated “30-day Return” policy is false, the support phone number on the website is disconnected and the only communications you will receive via email is a BOT! DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. TOTAL SCAM!

I got these shoes because I have issues with my toes when I hike, not enough room and traditional hiking shoes. So this bought two pairs of them. I wear them every day now they were so comfortable. I am so glad I got the product the sneakers.

I've been wearing my barefoot shoes for 6 months. My feet have visibly changed—my toes are straighter, and I have an arch for the first time in my life. It's incredible. My feet are finally strong and healthy.

I returned the shoes to Hike Balance on June 18, 2025 because they did not fit. The shoes were in original condition,did not show any signs of use, & were not damaged. I filled out the Return Form completely.
After many texts back & forth with no progress on getting my money refunded, I went to the Mail Center where I mailed the shoes back from & to my surprise Hike Balance had sent the shoes back . The shoes did not arrive at the Mail Center until January 26, 2026. There was no feedback as to why my money was not refunded. I have tried to communicate with Hike Balance afterward & customer service will not respond. This whole process has been frustrating as it has been impossible to get my money back.

Shoes were uncomfortable for my wife so we returned them once the company finally gave us an address for the return(this took several emails just to get the return address). Then we waited six months and never received our refund. Along the way, we would check in with the company about the status of the return and they gave us all sorts of excuses before finally refusing to respond. Their return policy is a joke. We are out $135 and we are just done with this company. We suggest avoiding them and spending your money with an honest company.

My husband and I ordered shoes from Hike Balance and the shoes were not as advertised, they hurt our feet when we tried them on, there was no comfort in them at all, so I texted them because you can't call them, and told them of our experience and they said that we just need to gift to someone else and I said no, I want my money back because you advertise 30 day money back guarantee. So they sent me instructions on how to send them back, taking pictures of the shoes, taking a picture of the box before mailing, etc. and I have heard nothing. I've sent numerous emails trying to find out why because I tracked the package and it arrived at their warehouse. I'm just letting everyone know that I really think this merchant is a scammer because I don't think I will get our money back.

Cheap plastic shoes look like they are made on 3D printer. No support at all. Very poor customer service. Phone number is unavailable. Their web site says returns are possible but they charge $17 restocking fee per pair.

I received a size 13 that wasn't more than a 12. I reached out to customer service, inquiring about their 30-day guarantee. Initially, I was told to keep the shoes and they would offer 25% off my next pair. So, now they want me to buy another that I may not be happy with? No.

Final offer came through that I have to ship them back to their "Asia Warehouse" and then have to pay %17.99 for shipping for a replacement pair. How much do you think shipping is for a pair of shoes going to China? $30 or so?

So, their 30-day return guarantee is this; we'll take your shoes back, but you will pay dearly for this service.

It's a scam. Visit your local shoe retailer and avoid this corrupt company.
