The customer service was prompt
The customer service was prompt. I ordered a military style rucksack but they come with straps that are way too short rendering them useless for a size 10 woman. I raised this straight away and they said they would check it out. Although I didn't hear back I could see they offered me a full refund. I kept the rucksack and ordered longer straps from amazon so overall a good outcome.

The perfect 2 man tent for festivals. Our tent arrived promptly ready for our trip to The Boardmasters festival. It was easy to erect and was big enough for both me and my daughter to sleep comfortably. . It kept us warm and dry and was easy to take down and put back in the bag for our next adventure. 5 Stars! .

Very pleased with Hikeware as well as the sunglass. I got next day delivery even though I paid standard so I am very pleased with how fast I got it.
