Buyer beware - 15 day return/exchange policy

Buyer beware! I was a first time customer so was unsure of sizing. I did not realize there was a 15 day return/exchange policy so was unable to exchange an item I purchased that was in the original packing with the tags still on (had only been tried on), a dress that cost over $200. For the expense, find a different brand like Boden or FarmRio that has good quality and much better customer service.

Buries Poor Reviews

I have some of their clothing, and I love most of it. But I recently purchased an (expensive!) item that I was so excited for, and was severely disappointed with the quality. I wrote a review for the item on their website, and it's been over a month and it's still not posted. Every retailer has items that occasionally fall flat, it's not the end of the world. But I'm so turned off by the burying of poor reviews--I want to shop with a retailer that I can trust, especially at their price point.

I opted to do an exchange as to…

I opted to do an exchange as opposed to a refund for an item that did not fit. I received the label immediately and noticed that the dress was bow on sale. Hill House would not honor the sale price and all of this transpired in a matter of 8 days. I returned the wrong sized item and the correct item was shipped but I did not receive the order. Hill House would not issue a refund snd offered to send another dress but also tried holding me hostage by stating if I do not receive the dress to the address I indicated on the order, that they will not be responsible for non-receipt or I can opt for a store credit. How horrible is a company that attempts to bully a customer. I opened a claim with the post office, filed a dispute with my bank and spoke with the mail carrier. After a week of no package, the carrier found the package. Be warned! This company is shady and will never have the opportunity of having my hard earned dollars again.

Buyer Beware Bad Customer Service/Extemely Inconsistent Sizing

I purchased 2 items of the same size. Upon receipt only 1 of the items fit as the size marked the other item fit as at least 2 sizes larger than what was ordered/marked. I requested an exchange for a smaller size on this item which the company refused. Nor may it be returned. It is not ok to send an item that is clearly not as advertised and refuse to address.

Disappointing experience

I ordered a couple of dresses. I kept one but sent the other one back. Several weeks passed and I didn’t get refunded for the dress I returned so I emailed their customer service team, who didn’t respond to my email. I had paid with PayPal so I was able to submit a claim to get my money back for the returned dress, but I found this disappointing. It’s a shame because I do like the dresses but I won’t be buying from here again

I accidentally clicked on a dress…

I accidentally clicked on a dress online I put it in my basket and saw if there were any discount codes and the next thing the order went through the money was taken out of my bank Immediately I telephoned the bank, and they said I would have to contact the company first, I have sent 3 emails pleading with them to cancel the order, I have nothing in my account, the postage is £50, I am in tears as I have no food as the order came to £166 the company is Ignoring me.
