Recently SOCIAL SERVICES referred but who Referred do I live under the Council housing, Do I taken any penny for Housing Rent either, Do I have any babies Children's to be concerned Do I drink Alcohol any 1% if reliable contacted by the SOCIAL SERVICES from different different numbers. After I booked called from another number so now I need to know the reasons to called me written down. What's for is this their own issues their own faiths honesty issues targeted BRITISH GOVT Funding whatever is for eligible families but this also higher Risks because of 100% scams cheats fraud this groups. But Council should have LEGAL LAWFUL proceedings to got involved anyone. Who given permissions to called into my personal number. Pulled out long time some issues caused targeted again and again 16 or 15 years back history which they made for funding misused they created violence they created Safeguarding issues deliberately but what happened this time. Did I asked anything to the GP or Did I asked from Social Services.
If Residents aren't able to living peacefully safely happily attacked caused by the SOCIAL SERVICES so please cuts of all funding immediately. British Govt main enemies are the SOCIAL SERVICES SOCIAL CRIMINALS Criminalisms caused by them themselves.
Did I asked any Treatments or even though asked should to be given me Treatments are the SOCIAL SERVICES DOCTORS that means awful. I am requesting to read, got this horrendous harmful Services about to the Residents. But this I know SOCIAL SERVICES targeted by themselves through to other Services which shouldn't be any concerns. I am going to complaints to the GP Who referred also COUNCIL What's the matters or their own issues. Ashamed really unexpected how do they committed Crimes again and again to killing Residents or someone totally doesn't needs to their Services. Are SOCIAL SERVICES HOUSING DEPARTMENTS also did I asked housing. Do not called me ever without my permissions into my personal mbl number. The cricket club grounds at Coney Green are owned by the council & are being watered.
I do understand that they have an exemption & when we contacted the council they pointed this out to us in no uncertain terms.
Our point was that as the area is officially in drought conditions the council should show so integrity & should stop watering a totally useless piece of grass

Since October 2025, the rubbish team decided to start piling up rubbish and waste from others people’s houses infront of my driveway and I have had to complain a few times and as someone mentioned you become a target.
For nearly 15yrs, never had any issues and thought it was a well run council but obviously not with their financial issues. And recent poor services!

Tried to Pay PCN:
- Via QR code and says URL doesn’t work
- Via Hillingdon website following day and didn’t work
- Via Telephone Line did not work

I wonder why they want to close several councils….

The most dodgy Council in all England with parking tickets, absolutely scammer. It’s all about scamming people with those dodgy cameras.

Council website works as well as a chocolate frying pan, refuse collectors haven’t collected my garden waste 2 weeks out of the past 3.

I tried to renew/apply for a Hillingdon first direct card. I do not have direct access to online, which they direct you to. I do not want to use other peoples computer for obvious reasons. Telephone number not easy to obtain, held on wait for 15 minutes. Gave up. Now cannot access services for which I pay nearly £300 per month. (£3,000) per year. Almost taking money fraudulently.

This election I didn't attended but Residents taken their own decisions which we all have to respect. Newly Members of Candidates please focuses over to the Skilled Migration Visas names brought up Culprits Criminals Offensive Anti-social gangs from different different countries first. Its Scams in UK jobs shortages. Both sides aren't reliable which is VISAS BUSSINNESS like MAN POWERS BUSSINNESS some other Countries does. Housing shortages and its been proofed that there were too many many people got entered to do housing businesses. Just newly arrived but got rent wheras no Council Tanents gets rent, Legal people are suffering and Culprits Criminals are greatly valued. One small house and upto toilets Tanents. Humans suffering misery and pain. Out of controlled and nothing being putting in forced to controlled this situations. Daily brought up hundreds and hundreds thousands of people in UK intentionally CLAIM ASYLUM and published news that Migrations controlled. Spending money funded false news whereas encouraging families to claim ASYLUM. No visas no jobs absolutely out of Laws out of Systems but all they are in UK. Very powerful they are don't bothered nothing MET POLICE they don't cared. POLICING funding appropriately to controlled UK Crimes and Criminals immediately required as lack of funding they cannot do work as they should to. Local Residents or Citizens looked after so far thoughts as they planned attacked then stolen furniture's money lives through to the HILLINGDON BAILIFFS. Please immediately shut down HILLINGDON BAILIFFS inside the Council. Thieves how many hundreds of thousands pounds stolen money or worth other things, commissions to destroyed UK a country please try to found all clues. Housing Departments gone down Violent towards Council Tanents how can be possible. Just to reminder all of you if not tackling Criminals and Crimes, not systematic Orders Organised Council also other departments will be more Crimes and your family members will be a victim next date so please do not let any inhumane activities. Contacted safe roads Council department about putting additional speed limit 30m/h signs and additional pedestrian crossing in Bury Rd from High Street to Ladygate where the traffic is very busy and recless drivers speed up to 50m/h preventing safe walk and crossing for families with kids and prams. Council Replied that the drivers should know that on the road with street lights the speed limit should be 30m/h and Council will do nothing to improve the safety of the local residents with kids that have to walk from schools, nurseries.

Hillingdon Village Heating Service. Excellent customer service on the phone. I had a very nice polite Heating engineer Fadi El Gazzouai, he was very thoughtful, he cover his shoes and the main thing is he made sure the job was done well. I am very pleased and happy this time, as my last engineer before Fadi was rushing to leave and my Heating was not fixed.

I paid the Council £70 to have my garden rubbish collected and to receive address tags to put on the bags to prove I had paid the money. I was told that while waiting for the tags I could put the bags out as long as they had the house number on them and the dustmen would check them against a list to see I had paid. I did that but the dustmen left my bags behind! I emailed the council saying I still have not received the tags and as I had paid £70 for a service I cannot use, I wanted my money back. They said they would look into it some weeks ago, but I have heard nothing since. My neighbours have all received tags, but I still haven't received mine.

I recently spoke to a man over the tetphone, his name is Ray from tne housing department. He was charming, very friendly and extremely helpful.

Recycling bag and food waste bags delivery: Please, please, please, PLEASE, can you either KNOCK on the door, or RING the doorbell, when delivering new bags? The number of times, they have been stolen off the front driveway, due to these ignoramic, single brain celled morons, probably just throwing it from the delivery vehicle. It's not exactly rocket science now, is it.

Hillingdon council has a few persons working for them that has no self respect or regard for disabled persons, no accountability for their misconduct ,bad behaviour, bullish attitude and unprofessional mannerism. After several calls on 7th July 2025, 11th August 2025 and 15th Aug 2025, to resolve matters. I was faced with persons who disregarded my concern with subtle discriminative behaviour, acting like they are getting paid to be some form of deterant to Claimant/disabled Claimant. After a few telephone communications with them i was left feeling insulted, felt like my condition was my fault, felt like peeling my skin off, feeling like vomiting. Those persons in question should not be working in the position they are and dealing with volnurability persons with a protected characteristics. I will assume that Hillingdon council is not aware of such unaccepted behaviour projected unto to customers from some of their untrained, ignorant and complacent staff. Please note some persons disability is not visible and they are faced wit unimaginable tay to day challenges, some wit assistance, some without assistance, these person(s) do not have to disclose their disibility for someone to treat them with respect.

Hillingdon's Locata system is useless barely any properties listed for months on end.

Even after their so called “update” to Locata, it’s still the same broken system. What’s the point of upgrading a platform when there are barely any properties listed to begin with? It’s not just the odd quiet week it’s been months, even years, with little to no properties available to bid on. Residents are left waiting endlessly, checking week after week for absolutely nothing.

Meanwhile, councils like Brent are building and listing homes regularly their Locata is active, with a proper flow of new builds and available housing. Brent clearly invests in actual solutions, not just flashy website updates that mean nothing without properties behind them.

Hillingdon’s Locata feels like a box ticking exercise to say they have a system but in reality, it’s doing nothing for those stuck in temporary accommodation or desperate to move. No transparency, no communication, and no urgency.

If you’re going to update your system, at least put some homes on it. Right now it feels like a complete waste of time and false hope for the residents you claim to prioritise.
