I ordered 6 cases of Hills stew for…

I ordered 6 cases of Hills stew for dogs, in my pets favorite flavor. I have ordered this same order at several other suppliers, and did do for the big discount on first auto ship order.
Today I get the FedX delivery notice saying “signature required”, WHAT? We are on acreage, nobody even tries to come in here without business
and we are too busy to wait over 4 hours for their stupid delivery window!
NOBODY HAS EVER REQUIRED A SIGNATURE FOR A PET FOOD DELIVERY!! Just ridiculous!!

Ob das benötigte, vom Tierarzt ausdrücklich empfohlene Katzenfutter überhaupt verfügbar ist, ist ein reiner Zufallstreffer. Das kann doch nicht so schwierig sein. Schon gar nicht bei dieser Preisgestaltung...
Kriegen Tierärzte eigentlich eine Prämie, wenn sie diese Marke empfehlen?

Peggiore in assoluto

Sicuramente il peggior cibo in circolazione per qualita’ prezzo…nonostante sia “raccomandato” dai veterinari, io penso sia raccomandabile evitarlo

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service. I am a member of the breeder club, but in practice, it is almost impossible to buy dog food with the discounts that are supposed to be included in the membership.

Most retailers have no idea what you are talking about when you ask. I contacted Hill's and was told that I need a card from them, which I have not received.

When I say that I have never received this card, I get the following response by email:

"Hi Liv, You are welcome to send an email to supportno(a)hillspet.com, and they will help you. Have a nice day. Best regards, Customer Service Specialist."

Instead of forwarding my inquiry to support(a)hillspet.com, they respond asking me to contact support, which I had already done initially.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience

We purchased a bag of Hill's Science Diet Adult Perfect Weight Management Small Breed & Mini Breed Chicken Recipe Dry Dog Food and were absolutely horrified to discover feces inside the bag. Yes, feces.

When we reached out to Hill’s, their response was beyond dismissive. Instead of taking ownership of an obvious contamination and health hazard, they brushed it off as “a clump of crumbs coated with fat.” Seriously? We know what feces looks like, and this was not some innocent kibble dust ball.

To make matters worse, rather than apologizing or showing genuine concern, they buried us in a ridiculous laundry list of questions - batch codes, storage details, feeding routines, number of people feeding our dog, etc. - as if they were trying to push the blame back on us. The product was contaminated so of course we immediately threw the entire bag away. And yet, somehow, we’re the ones expected to jump through hoops just to get a basic acknowledgment of their failure.

This isn’t just poor customer service; it’s gross negligence. Hill’s showed us they care more about covering themselves than about animal safety or customer trust. After this disgusting experience and their dismissive handling of it, we will NEVER purchase another Hill’s product again - and I strongly urge every pet owner who values their pet’s health to look elsewhere.

Rubbish

Since they have changed the way we have to buy there products it's been an absolute joke, after resigning up to there new website to buy what I normally buy there was no where I could see to purchase and pay so now I will be going elsewhere to buy dog food similar and to be honest why fix what wasn't broke don't care about the discount at least I was able to purchase the dog food.
Been in contact no phone call just an email making me look stupid jesus christ why can't these companies talk anymore are they that shy. god help us i have now decided to shop elsewhere what a shame.

Prämien sind nur Lockmittel

Ich habe auf der Homepage durch die Bestellungen 63€ Prämie gesammelt und diese für eine neue Bestellung angewendet. Das Unternehmen hat mir die Bestellung storniert, aber die 63€ werden mir nicht wieder gutgeschrieben. Aussage: „ Wir haben keine Zahlung für die Bestellung erhalten daher ist auch keine Erstattung unsererseits notwendig.“

Erst wird man mit der Prämie gelockt und dann verarscht.

Leider verträgt mein Hund kein anderes Futter, sonst würde ich keinen einzigen Sack dieser Firma mehr kaufen.

Dann bestelle ich ab sofort eben über einen 3. Anbieter wie Zooplus.

Placed an order last Monday quick delivery. Unfortunately it didn't resolve my puppies on going digestive problem.So trying another make for the 3rd time.
When I rang and explained no hassle, offered a refund straight away.Excellent customers service.

J'ai un crédit de 31 euros suite à des…

J'ai un crédit de 31 euros suite à des réductions d'achat de sacs de croquettes. Quand je demande le remboursement il y a toujours un empêchement. A mon prochain animal de compagnie je prendrai une autre marque de croquettes, moins chères et sans attrape nigauds.

Une question au service consommateur sur le choix d'un aliment: on vous récite l'information commerciale sans aucune répose a votre demande.
C'était autrefois une marque de qualité, aujourd'hui une marque quelconque sans que personne puisse vous conseiller sur leurs propres produits.

Contacted this company to see if we could purchase food direct at a cheaper cost for our charity, was given the reps number to call , having since left two messages and he hasn’t bothered to call me back, l then email hills again today and find there response rude and unhelpful,

Croquettes de mauvaise qualité

Ça fait pas mal de fois déjà que je commande les croquettes z/d pour ma chienne allergique et je n’ai quasiment jamais reçu un paquet normal. Une fois sur deux le paquet était déjà ouvert, ou alors à l’ouverture on voit que les croquettes n’ont pas l’odeur habituelle, qu’elles sentent mauvais et n’ont pas une texture et couleur normale comme si elles étaient périmées. Je retrouve aussi régulièrement des insectes morts dans des paquets neufs et cette fois-ci je n’ose même pas ouvrir le paquet car j’entends quelque chose de vivant qui bouge à l’intérieur ! Vous avez un vrai problème avec votre chaîne de production ! En prime, depuis que je suis passée sous ces croquettes, ma chienne a perdu beaucoup de poids alors qu’elle avait un poids stable et impossible de lui faire reprendre (elle est passée de 25 à 21kg, ce qui est trop bas pour elle) et cela même en augmentant la dose de croquettes, le veto m’a dit que c’était dû aux croquettes qui ne devaient pas être assez nutritives car ma chienne est jeune et en parfaite santé.
Je n’ai jamais eu ce genre de problème avec les croquettes Orijen de mon autre chienne qui sont archi primées et moins chères que celles-ci. Je songeais depuis un moment de changer ma chienne de croquettes et là c’est la fois de trop, payer presque 90€ pour à peine 10kg de croquettes de mauvaise qualité non merci. Je n’ai plus confiance en votre marque.

Thanks for the info as we have bought 8 boxes of harringtons cat food.the cat food in question is a hills cat food,don't know what variety but sainsburys and pets at home have sent out messages to return products for a full refund. I'm glad that the RVC are acting quickly and my heart goes out to all the cat owners whose cats have contracted this severe illness.
Unfortunately we don't buy hill's products,our cats like harringtons, Felix or gourmet cat foods.
