As a self-employed first-time buyer, I contacted Adrian for some mortgage advice. Having recently approached my bank directly and been offered a mortgage big enough to buy a modest shed, I was worried it would be difficult, but Adrian easily found me several options and had a mortgage in principle arranged within hours. The full mortgage application was handled just as efficiently, but he didn't stop there. He has guided me through the whole process of house buying. He has liased with estate agents, recommended conveyancers, booked surveys, arranged building insurance, and so much more.

I wrongly thought going through a broker would be the expensive option, but I feel I have paid a very small fee for the service I have received and will definitely be using Hilltop again when my mortgage deal needs renewing!

Cannot recommend Hilltop Mortgage Solutions enough, with a special thanks to Sarah! This was our first time remortgaging and it wasn’t straight forward due to Help2Buy loan. However, Sarah made us feel so at ease throughout the whole process and talked us through step by step and we completed last week. Nothing was ever too much for her and she went above and beyond taking care of everything. The good news was we sold our house pretty quickly! Adrian was quite approachable and quite responsive. He walked us through getting our first home, got us a decent solicitor and also helped us with insurance. He responds to emails right away or within a day. He can schedule meetings convenient to us even after 6 or 7pm. Not to mention, during the period when interest rates were going up, he managed to get the best rate the night before the interest rate went up. We are really grateful.

Miracle workers are the only way to describe Adrian and the team! Our circumstances were non-standard and "computer says no" was the answer by all of the banks. Other brokers tried their best but failed to find anything suitable. Hilltop Mortgages wouldn't let up and worked tirelessly to help a bank have some common sense. They pursued all possible channels, appealed the bank's decision and miraculously secured exactly what we wanted. All this during a time when the banks are tightening up on lending! Thank you so much to them!
