I purchased a vehicle from Hilton Suzuki and the aftersales experience has been extremely poor.
Shortly after purchase, I identified several issues that should have been addressed before sale on an “Approved Used” vehicle. More concerning, I was told in writing by their sales team that the brake pads had less than 400 miles of use because they fitted old pads to new discs— after suffering brake biting, examination & documentation later proved this was not true and they were 1000s of miles old, which is a clear example of the types of misrepresentation they made.
On top of that, key service items like brake fluid and air conditioning — both overdue and flagged on the service record — were not completed prior to sale.
I have now sent five emails to the dealer and received no response at all.
To make matters worse, I am being passed back and forth between Hilton Suzuki and Suzuki — the dealer points to the warranty, and the manufacturer points back to the dealer. As a customer, you’re left stuck in the middle.
I am still trying to resolve this, but based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious and verify everything independently before purchasing.
