Ich war auf der Suche nach einem AI Bot Tool, das Meetings für mich transkripiert und automatisch Protokoll führt. Ich war mehr als positiv überrascht. Himala bietet nicht nur das, sondern versorgt mich auch vorab mit allen wichtigen Informationen zu den Teilnehmenden, leitet ganz konkrete ToDos ab und schreibt entsprechende Emails vor. Quasi das Rundum-Sorglos-Paket für den täglichen Workflow als Freelancer. Ganz klare Empfehlung von meiner Seite.

I began using Himala for meeting transcriptions, and I was surprised by how well it actually prepares me for the next meeting using notes from past ones. Super helpful when you’re managing a big team.

Interesting tool. I like the fact that you don't need to do anything: the meetings are auto-prepared by default. You just find relevant information for each meeting presented to you from your different data sources and channels, and it actually was pretty relevant (at least in my case).
Also liked the chrome plugin, you can ask questions via chat to retrieve more data during the meetings.

Ich bin von Himala begeistert! 🤩 Gerade die Meeting Preparation spart mir in meinen täglichen Abläufen so viel Zeit, die ich jetzt in andere sinnvollere Dinge z.B. Sport investieren kann ☺️ Aber auch die anderen Feature sind durchdacht und erleichtern mir meine Aufgaben klar im Fokus zu behalten und viel schneller zu erledigen.

I’m using the email drafting function and absolutely love it, it saves me a huge amount of time because the responses are very accurate. On top of that, I’m using the notetaker app and really appreciate the invisible mode, which lets me take notes without an annoying bot in the meeting.

I tried it for seven days for free and it was amazing, even if i got distracted during meetinsg II could just look at the resumme and would know what happend also himala ai send me a list with to-dos after evryone of my meetings. Very Helpfull Good JOB!!!!

Amazing tool, the first one that’s actually helping me prepare for meetings. It’s still in Beta and a work in progress, but already super helpful.

I can gather my docs contextually to the meeting automatically via AI just by naming the primary objective of the meeting
