1st lamp arrived with broken plug. I asked for return and they sent a spare part that didnt fit. Then they sent a lamp with a broken base. Expect me to pay the return postage. Dont even apologise for broken, faulty products just send generic email. Terrible products. Terrible service.

I ordered 2 of the Himalayan salt cooking blocks and they arrived next working day. Good communication from the company, I got an email when they were dispatched with tracking information. Both items have arrived in good condition. Would definitely use again.

I ordered a Himalayan Natural Salt Lamp × 1 (20-25kg) and pack of 6 bulbs on the 16/11/2021 for my mums birthday. Whilst delivery was prompt I am incredibly unimpressed with what we had received. First, we have only received a pack of 3 rather than the 6 bulbs paid for; the main issue, however, is with the lamp itself. We cannot fit the bulb stand in as the hole in the lamp is not nearly big enough (we have taken out the spare bulb from the hole, it is the width, not the depth, that is the issue).

I have attempted to contact the company several times to no avail - they sent a replacement bulb stand even though I had previously stated that the stand was not the issue but the actual lamp. Since this, I have heard nothing.

A scam company, stay away.

I am buying a lot of stuff online, but never experienced so many problems like I have with this company. I exchanged a number of emails with Himalayanlamps and still did not receive what I ordered and paid for. What really upset me is that the ordered lamps should have been Xmas gifts. I strongly recomend you stay away from them.
So, on 23.11.2021 I ordered 2 Himalayan Salt Lamps 6-8 kg plus 2 sets of Lamp Bulbs. Firstly I received only one lamp and one set of bulbs. After my intervention I got the second lamp, but the plug was damaged, one set of bulbs was still missing and the lamp was the wrong size (weight 5.3 kg- was size down). Eventaly after writing on the company webside (as my e-mail was ignored) I got the missing bulbs and cable but nothing was done about the wrong sized lamp. I tried e-mails, writing on their webside and got no responce. To sum up: no gift for Xmas, a loooot of stress and I end up with a smaller lamp that I paid for.
Also, you cannot leave a review on their website. Tried from two mobiles and a laptop. Makes you wonder where all these great reviews come from.

Bought a pack of 4 replacement bulbs. Paid for next day delivery. Package arrived about a week later, and was only one bulb.

I emailed asking for the other bulbs and have heard nothing back after another week.
I know it’s only some bulbs but I’m feeling ripped off and ignored.

EDIT (rating increased from 1 to 3) - received the extra bulbs a week later. Would have been nice to have had an acknowledgment (or God forbid an apology) for the mistake but at least they read my emails and sorted it out in the end.

The lamp arrived 2 weeks late although on the web page they say "next day delivery guarantee" and when finally the lamp arrived, the light inside was broken!! I sent them multiple emails, and I haven't heard back since. Terrible service, no service at all! I am still waiting to receive a reply from them, after spending £30!
