I have had a bad experience with this logistics company when I moved from Mumbai to Delhi, so if you are planning to use them for your shipment, please don't. I regret not having looked more thoroughly for the ideal service.
Initially acting professionally, the person in charge of my shipment, Biswaprakash, turned out to be acting in a very unprofessional manner at the end. It should be the company's goal to offer high-quality services, which they haven't done. Two workers from the company were assigned, and both of them did a very poor job of packing my belongings into the cardboard box. They did so in an awful manner, arranging them randomly as if they didn't care whether the goods would break or survive. The equipment they used to weigh my luggage was in terrible condition. Even the measurements are too dark for me to read. I was charged 70 rupees per kg. As a result, they charged 5950 for 85 kg (and even after such amount the person biswa said the payment was insufficient for discount). Also, I've supplied my own cardboard box for some of the goods to wrap. Nevertheless, they made no deductions or gave any discounts. In the end, they(the workers) have the audacity to demand extra fees for the time they spent wrapping the items. That was so annoying. Next, I made sure to clearly state my floor when entering my address details in the form they provided.
When the package was delivered, the person named Biswa demanded that I give the delivery partner an additional sum of money because, according to him, I had forgotten to tell him the floor number. By the time he finished talking to me on the phone, I was actually crying because of his rude and unprofessional tone.
After much debate, I decided to give them the half payment that the delivery person requested.

Now that I've opened my boxes, guess what? Fifty percent of the items are in poor condition, and five items—including bowls, coffee cups, and more—are broken or in pieces.
The plastic chairs were also in poor shape.

I snapped some photos and forwarded them to that biswa person. inevitably he gave no response at all.
So, please avoid such scammers and do report them.
BIG NO to such businesses and the services they offer.

Overall, my experience with Hindustan Cargo Logistics has been terrible, and I would not recommend their services to anyone. If you value timely and reliable delivery of your packages, I would suggest looking for alternative logistics companies with better track records.

In conclusion, Hindustan Cargo Logistics is a company that provides poor and unreliable services, and I would rate them as one of the worst logistics companies I have ever encountered.
