ordered an item on the 1st july and came with standard tracked shipping, according to royal mail they haven’t even shipped it or ordered it, very dissappointed

Im normaly a large when buying clothes so read the size guide and was certain that id need an extra large only to find the shorts thay came with the top really tight the tops fits just!

Set started to bubble after 3 wears. Upon reaching out to the company i was told there is nothing they can do as its pass the 30 day return period. Ive had similar issues with other clothing brand and they were more than happy to return , refund or exchange. I bought a few items in the passed however wont be shopping here again.
Thank you for the response. A - the bubbles started appearing prior to putting in the wash. B) washing instructions were followed and lastly you were offering a 15% discount off my next order which is not a solution to my complaint. Nevertheless, am sure all your items are not as of this type however this is my experience with 1 item and sharing experience with others for awareness. Again like i did state i was happy with other orders made in the past however on this occasion it felt as "you have bought the item and we cannot do anything"

We are so sorry to hear this, we can see you have reached out to the customer service team and we can see they did offer a discount on future orders, but as stated due to it being reduced in price and over a month since purchased we have to follow company policy, we can see the item has been worn and have had no issues prior to the item being bubbled, as stated this could be due to the washing temperature used
However, I will speak to my manager and get back to you and review the messages sent by our team
