We can see the correct size has been sent out and you have emailed the customer service team asking for a bigger size for exchange. As stated by our customer service team we do not offer free returns and exchanges only apply for orders made in the U.K., as stated by our company policy on the website
We are happy to issue a refund but will not be able to cover the returns postage as stated by our company policy, as we do not offer free returns

Not very good service. Not received my order as of yet due to royal main strike action. Something on the website before placing the order should’ve warned me as that could’ve given me the choice to actually go ahead with my order. Hiscolumn will be fully aware as this is there delivery service they use so why not change knowing this is going to cause delay on orders by customers as more strike action is planned. Overall very disappointed as if you paid for next day delivery you ain’t getting your order so what’s the point having these options and especially get charged for it. Also to add the amount of emails hiscolumn sent for these Black Friday sales and promotions they have are ridiculous. I never signed up for notifications lol.

The team have spoken to Royal Mail and we can assure you we will be using other providers going forward, if this continues, as they are having major delays with deliveries, contradicting what we were told.

Poor quality and faulty product expected to pay to return. Quite frankly this is a disgrace. Quality check needs to be better.
