Widersprecht unberechtigten Zusatzkosten!

HIT Inkasso hat in einem mir vorliegenden Fall zusätzliche Gebühren verlangt, obwohl weder eine Mahnung zugestellt wurde noch ein Zahlungsverzug vorlag. Die Hauptforderung wäre jederzeit zahlbar gewesen, dennoch wurden überzogene „Auskunfts-“ oder „Ermittlungskosten“ erhoben, die rechtlich nicht nachvollziehbar sind.
Ich kann allen Betroffenen nur raten: Prüft die Forderung genau und widersprecht unberechtigten Zusatzkosten.
Oft sind nur die ursprünglichen Beträge zu zahlen – nicht die teuren Inkassogebühren. Seriöses Forderungsmanagement sieht anders aus.

meiner Meinung nach Betrüger.
Wie kann man eine Inkasso einschalten,
obwohl man keine Rechnung bzw Zahlungsauffoderung bekommen hat.
In der Toll Colletct App waren meine Zahlungsdaten hinterlegt worden, so das ich davon ausging,das alles in ordnung ist und jetzt heißt es,ich hätte irgendwas aufladen sollen

Die nehmen es von den Lebendigen, fast 100% Inkasokossokosten oben drauf. Hauptforderung 65,-€
HIT will 55,-€ für Ihre "Dienstleistung". Moderne Wegelagerei und Abzocke.

Grösste Betrüger das diesen leuten…

Grösste Betrüger das diesen leuten nicht das handwerk gelegt werden versuchen zu pfänden obwohl die privatinsolvenz abgeschlossen ist 2020 und die sachen noch da reingeflossen sind strafanzeige wird gestellt und einen Rechtsanwalt eingeschaltet

Mangelhaft.

Freundlichkeit? Fehl am Platz.
Antworten auf Fragen? Fehlt.

Kollegin a am Telefon: Wir haben nichts, ich schau in die Akte. Was ist in der Akte? Unterlagen. Frau am Telefon: „Wie kommt das denn? Ja so geht das nicht weiter.“

2 Wochen später, Kollegin d:
„wir haben nichts.“ Ich: „Die Kollegin hatte das letzte mal erwähnt, dass etwas im Ordner liegt.“ Kollegin d:
„Woher wissen Sie das? Das geht Sie nichts an.“

Nach Androhung gerichtlicher Maßnahmen:
Erstattung. Ups, war euer Fehler. Wie seit knapp 12 Wochen erzählt.

Wir halten fest, das Unternehmen beinhaltet:
- schlechte Mitarbeiter
- schlechte Organisation
- Kommunikation? Nicht vorhanden
- Bearbeitung trotz Zuarbeit? Nicht vorhanden.

Durchgefallen. Sowas müsste man zu machen.

Ganz böses Unternehmen

Ganz böses Unternehmen, habe heute eine Strafanzeige wegen Betrug erhalten. Vor ein halben Jahr konnte ein Betrag von mein Konto nicht eingezogen werden anstatt mich direkt anzuschreiben und hat man mich angezeigt. Ich bin hier echt vom Stuhl gefallen. Der Streitwert Betrug 15 Euro plus Inkassokosten. Ich hab dieses Unternehmen mehrfach angeschrieben aber man meldet sich einfach nicht zurück.
Tut mit leid aber das ist noch nicht normal. Ist ja nicht so das man nicht zahlen will. Sowas gibt es nur in Deutschland. Zumal man mit einem Ladendieb gleich gestellt wird. Dabei war es einfach die Bank die zuerst eine Zahlung erlaubt und dann doch zurück gewiesen hat. Verrückt alles.

Bestrittene Foderungen

Ich habe der Foderung Berichts beim Gläubiger als auch Hier Wiedersprochen. Trozdem Beauftraget man (nachdem Monate lang nicht passiert ist und ich dachte das Verfahren wäre eingestellt worden) eine Anwaltskanzlerei Namens Chrubassik & Pein mit den Gerichtlichen Mahnverfahren beauftragt.

Finger weg von dieser Firma

Die Firma HIT stellt Wucherpreise in Rechnung. Ich kann nur abraten, bei Westlotto zu spielen. Mein Konto bei meiner Bank war jetzt mal nicht gedeckt und so konnten 5,00 EUR nicht abgebucht werden. Dann kam die HIT ins Spiel und verlangt mittlerweile fast 25,-EUR für diese 5,-EUR. Ich habe nun eine Beschwerde bei der zuständigen Stelle eingereicht. Sollte das nichts helfen, kommt mein Anwalt ins Spiel. Irgendwann ist auch mal gut mit Abzocken.

FOR YOUR OWN SAKE DONT EVER USE HIT INKASSO! IT is a company that takes no responsibility and stops answering when they make mistakes

I have worked with HIT INKASSO for 5 years, they have in that time only won one case a case in Germany, but it was the first one, so I continued the workrelationship, since I have clients around the world I have asked them to take cases abroad as well which they have done, especially one that has been going on for 2 1/2 years with a norwegian distribution company SMD holding very easy to find online, they bought our collection but after 1 month of not paying as agreed and they from own saying experiencing that our products were to expensive they refused to pay, they had them selves found us at a store where they has seen our prices and had received price lists and at the meeting we paid for to go to in Oslo, we also informed them there, so our prises is no secret!

At the meeting the wife of morten Erickson wanted 3 bracelets and put them on in front of us which was fine those were just added to the invoice of the other products they were buying, we NEVER leave anything in concealment do to we work with platings and that all costumers always will get a flawless and new bracelet when they buy from us but this they also knew long before going to Oslo, but no matter agreement they decided without our consent to return everything after having it around showing it to diffrent clients of theirs trying things on and god else knows what. I contacted a company in Norway that made a back up check and was told that the company was close to bankruptcy so they suggested to cut my losses I should take it all back even though they also backed me up in the emails presented that I would for sure get my money in court, that is if SMD was still in business by the time og the case was going to court...

I decided to do as she said and ion sted of refusing the parcel I accepted I got everything back except the bracelets from his wife, but some of the jewelry was in too poor condition that it is not possible to sell... so the case that HIT had continued just with a lower amount... In those 2 1/2 years I have at least written HIT 100 Emails concerning this case and explaining everything, because how they work is, they are sending cases to partners abroad in this case a partner in Norway ( and incredible stupid and totally not understandable I am not allowed to speak to that partner directly, since HIT and the partners are working from commission on cases won IT MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENCE NOT TALKING TO ME so you are as well prepared as possible for court ) So how HIT works, is sending the file to a ( I didn't know that existed until 5 days ago) a inkasso distribution company in case D.ICK WOLF and then they forward it to somebody in Norway ( so 3 companies beside me should make money on my file "in the ideal world that is") It dosent take a rocket scientist to se how easy wrong that way of working can go, when I am not allowed to check if everybody has the informations they are supposed to, to win the case. SO even more so I OF COURSE expect HIT to put ALL emails received into my file so they have everything ready for court ( again a no brainer )... But NO HIT is APARENTLY not a VERY organized company so they have forgot the evidence building the whole case, and without the evidence on the agreement and the funktion of the opponent, there is OF COURSE no case and no chance to win and I could read from the verdict that there was something very wrong and it was impossible to get this verdict if those evidence was presented!.... So when that happen I contacted the HIT to OF COURSE pay for the appeal/second round and are receiving the following from HITS LEGAL

of affairs and legal status – pay for the costs that have arisen from the procedure at court.
Since we do NOT see any chances of winning the case by going to further instances, we will
NOT pay any other costs for that. Should you want to appeal at court, I suggest to directly
consult a lawyer. I explicitly point out that we will close this case within our files with
completion of the first court procedure.

Finally I also inform you, that we will cease further collaboration with you and therefore will close all
other cases we worked on for you.

I mind you that every thing is done via Norwegian law and the evidence/ emails is in Norwegian so I an really impressed that German inkasso company HIT can make those decisions WITHOUT consulting the partner I Norway and without speaking the language ( the company that actually knows Norwegian law and the company that btw ALSO backs me up in my case was easy to win with the evidence IF HIT had provided them with those before court ) I Have asked for an explanation for "the checking of the case" WHY/WHAT they after checking the case ( as they write ) think the case can not be won, I have also asked why they took the case in the first place when they dont think it can be won?? why my other cases now are closed down?? but NOBODY from HIT has answered and I have sent 3 follow up emails asking for an explanation...

They have as can be read in the email decided at least to cover SMDs legal costs as I was sentenced to pay ( that would by the way NO WAY IN HELL never happen that I pay for people stealing from me ) But this HIT have paid for so with that action they admit that it is HITS fault but they do not take responsibility for the remaining outstanding, the time I have spent, the fact that yet again some lying shady stealing person again got away with unacceptable behavior and also HITS partners in this case are working for free do to HITs lack of providing the evidence they had got for this no brainer case, with all evidence written in black and white... Now they are so cowardly behaving that they do not reply??? dont understand how the founder will be visible online with a proud picture of him self with 11 bad reviews on google 4 on facebook reviews on google and now also on Trustpilot..... Do you self a favor and stay away from this extremely unorganized and unsympathetic company!
