if i could give them no stars i would, the delivery service was awful! driver was rude and shouty, and when indicated that he is at the wrong place, he shouted and reversed nearly injuring my colleague, simply awful and please avoid!! avoid avoid!!

Why on earth does a large company like ZARA use this awful courier service?! My parcel is being returned before the company has even TRIED to deliver it. Not that its the whole purpose of a courier....to deliver. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. Stop using BOTS to answer emails and for 'chats' NO ONE WANTS THIS!!!!

Great delivery experience. It was a relief that my parcel was handled with care after being used to companies like Evri.

I’d like to issue a formal complaint. I have contacted your team three times regarding a parcel. Please see the previous logs of communication I have not been sent copies of these.

I was assured on Saturday that my parcel wouldn’t be returned to sender and instead delivered yesterday. This has not been the case. No one has been able to advise me why nor was I actually informed this was the outcome. I asked multiple times for people to contact me to no avail.

I am absolutely enraged at the lack of communication from your team and the lack of solutions presented. I’d like to speak to someone clearly asap

Rubbish service, my delivery was falsified by the driver at a flat building no less rather than a house. I received 0 assistant from the customer service from this company nor any information regarding their complaints procedure. The worst delivery service I’ve had from any company.

Slow slow slow - unacceptable. Being able to track the delivery has no value when the product is not moving. Will do my hardest to avoid this courier

Tracking showed I’m #29 on the delivery. Waited the whole day… and night! The time slot keeps on moving till later. Until it says ‘you’re next’ in the delivery. Suddenly the time moves again till early morning??!!! Unbelievable! I won’t order from Uniqlo again if they have this courier!! Useless!

For three days in a row received an email of ‘attempted delivery.’ Ive been home all three times. They didn’t even bother to call (if they had trouble finding the place.) Not the first time it’s happened either. The laziest of lazy delivery drivers. Customer service useless too.
