Having purchased previously from Hive Pharmacy I tried to purchase 4 Aviro GT face masks. Unfortunately when I attempted to check out my basket I was unable to complete my order because Northern Ireland was no longer a region delivered to.
I sent an email to Hive Pharmacy questioning this, I explained that I was a parent with 2 children suffering from cystic fibrosis deemed clinically high risk to COVID-19 and that the masks would be of great benefit to our family.
Sach (employee) replied with an email
“ I want to help”, he demonstrated genuine compassion and sympathy with my situation which was quickly followed up by a wonderful example of the best kind of customer services.
Sach kept me informed with emails and I was able to place my order for the masks.
I am touched by Sach’s willingness to help me, he in my opinion an asset to Hive Pharmacy. Thank you Sach, you have been wonderful.

The staff at the Hive always go out of their way to help out. Especially now, when we can't get the same access to our GPs or other healthcare providers due to Covid, this is more important than one could have previously imagined. I don't know how they do it, but they take the time to know and treat each and every one of their customers like patients, with the one to one service of a small town chemist, but the efficiency of a big city private practice. I hope I'm not just that horrible awkward customer, but if they bend over backwards to help everyone else like they do to help me when I'm in a bad way and need helping, well, they really deserve some recognition.

Love to use all services in Hive. All staff are friendly and helpful nothing seems to be too much trouble. So handy to have flu vaccine in local shop and always feel safe and protected. Cleanliness is 100%. It’s like a little shop with a big heart.
