Ordered on 15th November and still not…
Ordered on 15th November and still not received test kit as off 23rd November. No longer receiving tracking updates on package....not good.

Sorry to hear that you still have not received your test kit. I can see from your order tracking that the parcel is with the courier but it states "We're sorry we're not able to deliver your parcel today, but we will deliver it on the next working day." Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, I kindly ask that you contact the courier to find out where your parcel is and why they haven't yet delivered the item.

Sorry to hear that. I can confirm that your order was dispatched on 29th September with next day delivery. The tracking for your order shows that the parcel was delivered on the 30th of September to your shipping address. Please see proof of tracking: C00HHA0265524183.

Guaranteed next day doesn’t mean you will get the product
Ordered a product with guaranteed next day delivery, this was ordered 6 days ago and it still hasn’t arrived.
Tried contacting by email and live chat with minimal response (nothing from the live chat).
Very poor service and given I payed for guaranteed next day before 2pm delivery, 6 days and waiting is ridiculous

I completely understand your frustration and we are extremely sorry that you feel let down by our service.
Looking back at our records, I can see that you were provided information regarding your order status, including your tracking number, in response to your email last week. Since then, your parcel has been shown as delivered and signed for by yourself.
We apologise greatly for the delay in receiving your item. Unfortunately, Royal Mail were on strike last week and therefore there have been some delays.
Again, we are very sorry that you have had to wait this long to receive your order. As a gesture of goodwill, I have refunded you for the postage that you paid, since the delivery date was not met by Royal Mail. But again, please be reminded that this is entirely out of our control. Every order is dispatched from here on time, with the postage that is chosen by the customer. It is entirely dependant on Royal Mail to meet these delivery dates.

Sorry to hear that you aren't impressed with the new oral fluid tests that are available. Due to recent advancements, oral fluid tests are now as accurate as blood-based tests for HIV and offer an alternative testing method for those who wish not to sample their own blood etc.
