The device comes with two strappings will made quite comfortable to wear and currently wearing the rubber banding I got with it it keeps up to date on my phone what my blood pressure is as well as my oxygen level and my heart rate also extra other bits and bobs on top of that it's comfortable to wear and easy to operate it seems to be okay on charge I'm not charged this for a week and I haven't had to charge it up so we'll see how we go from that, what I can say is that it does more than a Smartwatch does and it costs far less than some of the smart watches that say they do this and they don't do after this stuff or her's accurate as this one is I know it's not a watch but does everything else and it can be reassured that obviously it's near enough damage of calculating your heart rate and oxygen level I know the other things that it manages as to a certain degree of accuracy I'd have to go to an optus and have a complete full checkup and then see with that is corresponding what this risk thing does but as far as I'm concerned it's pretty much bang on so it's all go for me

I have high blood pressure and I don’t sleep well this device is great as it measures my BP hourly it also alerts me to messages and calls on my phone so no extra costs with having to pay for health alerts

Best health tracker I have used ,I have high blood pressure and have to take it twice a day and the old blood pressure machines are awkward to use this does my blood pressure many times a day without me even knowing , highly recommended .

The product is great, it enables me to monitor my heart levels, BP, oxygen,stress and sleep patterns constantly without effort. BP measurement is especially important and with regular ,constant checking it does away with the cuff which I find cumbersome.30 days between charging is brilliant. All round it suits me and my lifestyle very well.

This device is absolutely perfect, great fitting bracelet,easy to charge and long battery life, the results are more accurate than I expected. Would defo recommend

The ease of use and setup was great, I can now monitor what my body is doing at any given point through the day. You can compare your data from previous days etc but my only wish personally was that I would like to be able to print out my data. Apart from that a great product.

First time I've used anything as real as the new HTLM.

So I have been using the HLTH band for around 2 to 3 weeks now and I LOVE it! The battery lasts forever. The details on my health, heart and sleep are incredibly accurate. It's water proof, have two options of wrist bands and all in all for the price, incredible value. I love how there isn't a monthly subscription. It's one and done. Highly recommend! Might get one for my parents also, so to keep an eye on their heart health also! 5* from me!

Most convenient tracking device

I used to use garmin and a big problem I ran into was the battery running out, and the app being hard to navigate for certain activities/sleep data immediately disappearing from the watch upon waking .

The app from HLTH is very well made and seeing the data has never been easier for me.

This is my first proper screenless monitor. I went through two Apple watches, pure waste of cash for me because I managed to smash the screens on both of them…

I do calisthenics, loads of dynamic, high speed moves, and i always ended up clanging the watch against something and cracking it…

Still wanted to track my workouts, but rings like the Oura were a no-go for me. You can’t be doing heavy bar work with a ring on, it messes up your grip completely. So it had to be a watch, but without the fragile screen.

Then i found the Hlth track, and bloody hell, it’s top tier! The best part for me? No subscription fees. Regarding the tracking, in my case it has been spot on, does everything i need it to do. Overall well decent experience!

Since deciding to get serious about my own fitness I've found this to be incredibly useful, it makes tracking progress so much easier. I'd recommend it to anyone who's looking to get serious with their fitness journey.

Its what it should be. I got this originally to track my hrv (tryna improve it) now im addicted tracking my sleep.

My wife got me this as part of my birthday present. She want me to take better care of myself and it's really helped. Having all that info shows me when I'm having lazy days and need to get up and move more. I'm down about 5kg already just be keeping an eye on what's going on. Sooooo simple but just so effective. Highly recommend.

I used Whoop in the past but its crazy how expensive it gets, this tracker does exactly the same stuff lol

If it looks too good to be true...
Sadly I bought this for the blood pressure monitoring, which for my band was wildly inaccurate.
It is also not consistent in the amount it is off, so you cannot just assume it's off by so many points.
I experimented with clenching my muscles to raise my blood pressure and got an eye watering result on my cuff monitor but a very low reading on the HLTH band. It always read lower than the cuff, except for at low readings, and also seemed to only give blood pressure over a narrow range of low readings.
I'm awaiting a reply to my return request.

Added 26/05. Despite the response below from Hlthtrack dated 25/05, I have not received an email from them.

Update 12/06/2026
I started a PayPal dispute having not had a reply to my return request email. HLTH responded quickly and it turned out that I had used the wrong email address to contact them. That was my mistake.

During the PayPal dispute process, initially they suggested troubleshooting measures, but these did not improve the accuracy of the blood pressure measurements.

They then offered me a 30% refund to keep the tracker which I refused, then a 70% refund. I accepted this and they asked me “To proceed, could you please kindly close the PayPal claim/inquiry on your side? Once this is closed, we will be able to process and release the agreed 70% refund immediately.” I questioned this and was told that their system only allows them to pay once the dispute is closed. I then refused to close the dispute because this is against PayPal advice. Closing would prevent me from being able to reopen the dispute or escalate it if they did not pay. For me this request is a red flag.

Interestingly, on the day that I criticised the way the BP function of the tracker is advertised on Facebook, the HLTH Tracker disappeared from my Facebook feed after dominating it for weeks.

At no point did they suggest that my tracker was faulty and that they would send another to try.

Things then went quiet for a few days until I said that would escalate the dispute to PayPal if I didn’t receive the refund within a set time. I was then told that the refund has been made but would take 3-5 working days for me to receive. Subsequently I’ve been told that the refund has failed and that I need to wait longer.

I’ve now escalated the dispute to a claim to PayPal.

The band seems to work but the blood pressure readings are approximately 30% lower than my proper cuff reader, so pretty pointless. But again I didn't expect perfection, just closer than that.
Steps seem close enough, SpO2 close, HRV who can verify...
Also, not a real negative as I buy a lot of products from China but I was surprised to see this is just a drop shipped item from China. Advice to the seller; be honest, most people don't mind!
