This company is horrible

This company is horrible. I was supposed to have delivery tomorrow after item has been sitting in their warehouse since march 29. These jerks barely told me that delivery canceled for tomorrow. Now I don’t get delivery till May 2nd. Based on other reviews I probably won’t get delivery May 2nd. I’ll charge back my purchase if I don’t receive by May 2nd.

Horrible! Would leave no stars..

I am almost certain that any good review left for this company is either the company themselves or their friends attempting to help their rating.

This company is poorly managed, at best. Ordered something that was supposed to be here 04/01, it is now 04/21 with no package in sight. They just keep pushing back the date, was supposed to be delivered yesterday within a 4 hour window, no call no show, and no one can give me answers. They also LOST 1 of my 4 boxes, and again don't no where it is/when I'll get it. So now I'm going to pick up the 3 boxes that they apparently do have my damn self and see about getting my $300 shipping cost returned. They say they can get it to me in a week, not sitting around to find out. Beyond frustrated and will NEVER order from any single person who uses this sloppy company again. Would never recommend.

Never Use This Logistics Company

What a horrible, draining experience. ZERO stars, not one.

I ordered directly from a merchant almost a month ago, I was not provided any updates from HNRY until I had to reach out to the merchant almost three weeks later. Then it has just been an absolute horrible experience since.

This was supposed to be delivered to me last Friday, then I was called two minutes prior to the END of the timeframe and told that the product wasn't even at the facility yet. So we scheduled for today, Tuesday, another day off work, only to get an email and text say, "please schedule your delivery". WHAT?!?

So I call them and absolutely no one there knows what is going on and can tell you where your product is. Good luck talking with a Supervisor. Still waiting Toby.

So we schedule this for tomorrow, almost a week after it was supposed to be delivered, now I get a call from the local logistics that they will be at my house in 45 minutes. That of course runs its course and I call them back, no one there knows who called me, why they called me or knows where the product is. "Are you sure it was us" Yes, I called the number back directly.

I have no idea where the package is and now I will be calling my bank to report the merchant and will be contact the better business bureau regarding HNRY and FragilPak. This is beyond unacceptable, no customer in any capacity should be treated this way.

Terrible customer experience

Terrible customer experience. Received confirmation from them that my delivery was scheduled on 4/12/21 from 10am-2pm. Waited and waited. At 2:30pm, I emailed them for an ETA. Never heard back. Got a call from the delivery driver at 4PM saying he was 20 minutes away. I went outside back and forth to make sure I didn't miss him. Well what do you know, no one showed up. No one was outside, no one knocked at the door. Then I look at my phone and see the missed calls saying I wasn't home. He never showed up. I have been waiting on my new bed to be delivered for over a month. Thanks to the delivery driver being over 2 hours late and not showing up, my whole day off was wasted and now I don't have a bed to sleep on! I called this morning, and they're telling me that the earliest they have to reschedule is another 4 days out? I don't think so. I'm waiting on them to call me back. Claims they need to speak to the dispatch to see if they have something earlier. Not my problem if you got delivery drivers that can't properly perform the job. I have paid over $200 worth of shipping. I want my merchandise now! I need to be compensated for this foolishness. I shouldn't have to pay for this. This really makes the company look really stupid. I have already written a complaint to the company that I bought the bed from letting them know that the shipping company they use is lousy and not dependable.

5 weeks to get a delivery

5 weeks to get a delivery! Then my package was handed over to another delivery company. Never again. 4 different company’s to deliver one package. One hand does not know what the other is doing! Communication is the absolute worse!

Awful

I recently purchased an item that is being shipped with these guys. It was scheduled to be delivered over two weeks ago now. Whenever I call to find out what’s going on with my delivery, they just give me the run around. Part of my shipment hasn’t arrived to their final facility before delivery, despite the fact that the whole order was sent out together when it first shipped. They are unable to tell me where the remainder of my shipment currently is or when it will arrive. Every day they tell us, “It should be arriving tomorrow. We’ll give you a call to give you an update regardless.” They have not called a single time. When we finally give up waiting for them by the end of the day, we call them since it’s apparent they won’t be keeping their word. Once we talk to them they give us the same story again, “Most likely tomorrow...” We are going on almost two weeks of this now. Beyond frustrated. Customer service is garbage. Tracking system is garbage. How can you honestly not know where something is when it is on one of your trucks?????????

Shayne, I would love to help you and get to the bottom of what has happened. Can you advise the pro #? Is there an email I can contact you back? This is seriously not how we do business. We use partner carriers in many cases but we do hold them accountable. I am so sorry this has happened.

I made an order on the 4/4 that was supposed to be delivered by 4/13. My purchase was not even picked up by HNRY Logistics until the 4/16. Since 4/16 I have not been given correct information from the customer service representatives. My request has been escalated on 3 occasions now still with no updated information. It is now 4/24 and my very large purchase is still not here with no update as to where it is or when it will be delivered. Super disappointed!

Just wanted to update. I got a text on the 27th saying that my package would be delivered the 28th between 8-12. Received a phone call at 10:38am that my package would not be delivered.
I called back on my lunch at 11:30 and asked to speak to a manager. I was informed all three managers were on an escalation call and someone would be back to me by 1 or 2pm. It is not almost 8pm and I got no call back. I have been waiting for someone to answer the phone for 22 minutes! What AWFUL customer service.

The HNRY Acct Rep immediately understood our LTL needs and requirements and created a plan to deliver to 2 destinations that had been very problematic with past freight carriers... All HNRY personnel involved provided follow-up and info throughout the process from pick up to delivery... We will definitely use HNRY again in the future... President,Fuzzy Logic tm...

Overall happy with the service

Overall happy with the service. Had a couple incidents where communications weren't as ideal as they could be - waiting for BOL, BOL corrections, and estimated pick up window - but things have gotten better since then and that only happened a couple times out of the dozens of shipments we've made w/ Henry Logistics.
