No update on product arriving or being shipped.

I'm sorry but you didn't do very well at all. Apparently my machine was only picked up from you yesterday - I ordered and paid for it on Sunday. Whilst your staff were positive about delivery times, it would have been better if they had been straight with me, rather than stringing me along saying I probably get it before the weekend. Given that it's a long weekend, I won't get it until next Tuesday at the earliest. I can't tell you how disappointed I am at the delay; and obviously I can't comment on the machine itself - I haven't got it yet.

No communication. I havnt received the promised email. No update on the progress of my order.

Don't bother to deal with this online shop, pure scam. I bought a sewing machine there and it stopped sewing after a couple of months. I have been trying to reach them for months, but no single phone call was answered, and they never answered my emails.

Easy to find what i needed. Paypal is my preferred payment option so was happy to be able to pay this way. Quick delivery.

You had the dmc colours I wanted, but thought postage was a bit steep for just 2 skeins

I have a sewing machine - I was advised it couldn't be repaired as a result of this I purchased a new machine (Brother$598) from what I believed to be a reputable company. I have subsequently managed to repair the machine and wanted to return the new purchase which is still in the original box unopened - their policy is not to return due to a change of mind.

Great range of products at very good prices. Have bought from this store on previous occasions and always prompt and reliable delivery and service. Polite and helpful staff when I had an issue and resolved speedily. Happy to recommend and will be back.
