Extremely happy with my purchases
I have ordered 2 bags & 2 wallets from HolisticBags. It was a total surprise when I opened each one. The bags & wallets were even more beautiful than online. The quality & workmanship was terrific. This company kept me informed every step of the process in getting my bag to me. The customer service helped me with the ordering process in a prompt manner. The owner sent emails along the way so that I felt comfortable knowing that this company was legitimate (not a scam) especially with finding the company on facebook. I love the bag. It holds all of my bible study things all in one place. I was impressed with the prompt delivery since I had read reviews that it takes a long time to get the bag. My bag was received within 3 weeks of ordering.

Not happy with my purchase
I was unable to track the shipment and when the bag arrived it smelled/still smells horrible. I had to take it outside and spray it with Febreeze. I will have to wait a while before I can use it. It does not seem very sturdy, I will not recommend this product

The quality of my purse my son and girlfriend got me for Christmas is beautiful and well made . They gifted me a $40 gift card that I bought my beautiful Bible cover with. So it didn’t cost me but $26. I just received it today and it is exceptional in quality and beautiful!!

Customer service was very helpful in finding my delayed bag. They answered immediately and got the ball rolling so that I got my bag today.
My bag is a little larger than I thought it would be. The pattern (sunflowers and scripture) is beautiful. The handles are sturdy. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I placed an order over 3 months ago
I placed an order over 3 months ago. They sad it was in transit. My money was taken out of my account within seconds of placing the order. I never received the order. I asked for either a refund or the order actually being shipped but nothing as of yet. I confirmed my address with customer support and they assured me my order would be shipped ASAP. I still haven't received anything as of yet. Now I'm asking for my money back because I believe I will never get this order. I will report this to the better business bureau if nothing is resolved soon.

Sandy from custom service was a God send!!! She took very good care of me during the whole process of me finally getting my bag. She even offered me a replacement bag because unfortunately due to mailing issues I didn't receive my bag. She was very kind and extremely generous. I truly 100% Recommend Holistic bags. Beautiful bag and wallet
I got the wallet first which was beautiful. It took a lot longer than expected to receive the bag, but I just finally got it and love it! I was and still confused about the Bible box and subscription. I think a more concise explanation would have been helpful.
