Awful company

Awful company, goods arrived damaged. Packaging was intact but baby formula inside was open and had spilled inside package. Their customer service was unresponsive. No response from company until 3 years later they objected to wording in this review. Avoid this company unless you’d like to waste your money.

Lack of information, not really able to sell on line

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this retailer hollandforyou.com
First of all, I have not received any confirmation of my order.
Then I have been waiting for 3 weeks to have an answers to my requests for news. At the end, I have never received my dutch stuff, too bad!
According to the customer service, the reason of the delay is a manual processing of the orders, why not but I do not understand why I have never been informed of what was going on.

Ordered two containers of formula for…

Ordered two containers of formula for our baby and one arrived with the seal punctured and the formula powder spilled everywhere. I have emailed the company 8 times and have never heard a response. All I would like is for the container to be replaced. I will never use this company again.

Not receiving orders on time

I did not recevied my order on time. I placed my order 12/5/19. I waited for 7 days, but the packeg not arrived. I emailed them and they resopned saying that they will ship my order that was 12/12/19. I still did not recived my order. It took the whole december to get my order.

Hollandforyou? They dont have any contact details on their web page and they dont reply to facebook msg! I just need to know where is my goods!!
Update: I haven’t received my goods and they still havent contacted me back Does.

Hate the new website

Hate the new website - impossible to work or order , why change ?
Have to find alternate supplier , cannot make this work at all !!

If you want Dutch articles this is the place to go!

I have been dealing with this webshop for over 6 years now and over that time I have ordered (AND RECEIVED) more than 50 parcels! Never had any problems at all! Someone has been complaining at this website a lot now but I am sure that his not receiving the parcels has more to do with his address in INDIA than hollandfor you not shipping.

The service is really good and extremely fast! I will be doing business with them for as long as I love dutch stuff!

Waiting and waiting for a parcel that…

Waiting and waiting for a parcel that I'm pretty sure will not arrive. I was really excited to get this having not had these products in 45 years, but I'm sad as however, they shipped the goods to me was not the best method.

Excellent seller

Excellent seller. Super fast shipping from Netherlands to USA. It only takes only 7 to 8 days to deliver to my house with custom processes. I will definitely come back to buy again. Seller sent a complimentary scissors along with the package as a nice surprise

bought some things that reminded me of my late brother that he introduced me to whilst he lived in Amsterdam. So glad I have found this site. Quick despatch and delivery, I will be using these again.
