Wij hebben gebruikgemaakt van Holland Movers in verband met het tijdelijk opslaan van onze inboedel tijdens het leggen van een nieuwe vloer. Het opslaan zelf verliep prima, maar helaas ging het bij het terugbrengen behoorlijk mis.

De spullen zijn zonder enige logica teruggeplaatst: echt willekeurig door de ruimte heen. Meubels werden niet opnieuw in elkaar gezet en sommige items stonden zelfs op hun kant. Dit zorgde voor extra werk en frustratie aan onze kant, terwijl je juist verwacht dat een verhuisbedrijf dit netjes en zorgvuldig afhandelt.

We hebben hierover een klacht ingediend, maar ook de afhandeling daarvan stelde teleur. De communicatie was onpersoonlijk en er werd geen enkel excuus aangeboden. Uiteindelijk kregen we een compensatie van €50, wat in geen verhouding staat tot de ervaring en het extra werk dat wij hebben gehad.

Al met al een teleurstellende ervaring, met name door de gebrekkige service bij het terugplaatsen en de weinig klantgerichte aftersales.

Aardige gasten. Uiteindelijk hebben we veel zelf gedaan. Niet alles paste in de wagen zoals ingeschat. Ze hebben geholpen met verhuizen ipv de verhuizing voor ons gedaan. Als we het aan hen hadden gelaten dan had het uren langer geduurd. Daarnaast wat beschadigingen aan de muren.

Super vrolijke en efficiënte verhuisploeg. Komen afspraken na. Fijne communicatie.

Everything from the first communication, to the house visit, the follow up emails, the booking process, the clarity given and then the efficiency and professional behavior of the packing team! As a family of five who was on a tight deadline and last minute booking - HIGHLY recommend this team!

I am extremely happy with Holland Movers. The guys were very efficient, fast and knew what they were doing. I get so stressed and truly hate packing/moving with all my heart but they made it a perfectly normal and stress-free task. Communication from Holland Movers was perfect as well . Also as Im still busy unpacking (I moved 6 days ago) I can see how logically the guys packed everything.

Vakkundig team. Netjes op tijd en gingen snel te werk. Begonnen om 09:00 in Amsterdam en waren klaar om 17:15 in Nijverdal Overijssel. De mannen hebben echt al het werk uit handen genomen en alles netjes op de juiste plaats gezet incl schuur en zolder. En alles voor een vast bedrag. Twee wagens en een lift. Ik was er super blij mee!

Great service from the quoting to the moving day. Platform is simple and the follow up is really good.

In general it was good, movers were really careful file uploading the furniture. But they left quite a lot of stuff in old apartment and it was difficult for us to get it to the new one. I’d recommend to control the whole process to make sure everything is perfect

De hele verhuizing duurde minder dan anderhalf uur, maar we betaalden voor drie uur omdat dat hun minimumtarief was. Verder waren we tevreden over alles: het in- en uitladen ging zorgvuldig.

Ik ben zeer tevreden over de dienstverlening. Het werk is volledig volgens afspraak uitgevoerd en alles verliep soepel. Het bedrijf is klantvriendelijk, denkt goed mee en reageert snel. De werkzaamheden zijn bovendien sneller afgerond dan verwacht.

Kortom: een betrouwbare partij die ik zeker kan aanbevelen.

We’ve used Holland Movers twice in the last two years, and they’ve been great both times. This time we worked with Bart and Mohamed, and everything went super smoothly. These guys really know what they’re doing — we were impressed more than once by how organized they were! Thanks for respecting our time and making the whole move totally stress-free. Hopefully we won’t have to move again anytime soon, but if we do, we’re definitely calling Holland Movers. Highly recommend!

De verhuizers waren super netjes, beleefd en gingen als een speer. Alles paste precies in de verhuiswagen. Op het nieuwe adres alles keurig op de juiste verdieping gezet incl een zware eettafel die naar zolder moest en maar net door het trapgat kon.
Ik kan Holland Movers iedereen aanbevelen!
