Hollins Removals & Storage Opiniões

At a time when everything seems to be happening at once, the HRS team stepped in and were just outstanding. From the first visit to assess the move into storage, Gareth was clear that nothing was too much trouble and instilled confidence that the team, the materials and the vans/ storage was of the highest calibre.
The team arrived, protecting flooring, doors and surfaces and packed up the entire house over a Bank Holiday Monday, I didn't even need to be there!
7 months later, everything was delivered back to my new property in a single day. everything was put in the room requested and not a single breakage or damage to any item.
The team (of 6) were easy company, professional but comfortable to be around. The communication throughout was very clear.
The full house pack up, move into storage and move back was so easy and stress free from beginning to end.
I cannot recommend Gareth and the HRS team highly enough, they work so hard to make moves easy for the client!

Super service from start to finish.

Turned up early, clear & fast with communications through the process. The whole team was also very patient with some of the more difficult to handle items.

Can’t recommend HRS enough. 5 start service, honest, and very punctual.

Just brilliant!
Very helpful and professional.
Know everything about moving and how to treat a customer. Nothing too much trouble and even advise on those little issues you are confronted with in a house move.......slight delay in getting the key from seller etc!
Very, very good. Highly recommend these guys!

Professional set up. Great communication and interaction both before and during the move. Very organised. Excellent team work. Treated items like their own. Floor coverings within the home. All vulnerable items wrapped and secured for transport. Took a lot of that ‘moving home stress’ away! I would HIGHLY recommend using ‘Hollins Removals’

We used Hollins Removals and Storage on Monday 18th May to move large items of furniture from the 1st and 2nd floor of my Mother's townhouse in Nantwich. The initial engagement with Hollins was great - they quickly worked out the mechanics of the job (and this included a large sofa being safely moved out of a first floor window).
With ridiculous efficiency, they emptied the required items in just 26 minutes (including moving the vehicles for a neighbour half way through) - and having wisely brought two separate vans, they completed both drop offs at their destinations in Wychwood and Haslington in no time at all.
All items were covered and protected - I cannot recommend this business highly enough, and if I could give them 10 stars here then I would. Well done guys!!!

Gareth and the team at HRS are amazing. Nothing was too much of an ask and they went to great lengths to make sure that everything was as we wanted it. Amazing attention to detail and great lads. Highly recommended!

Moving house is stressful but you can minimize that stress with the right team around you. That is Hollins Removals & Storage. We found them through the positive reviews on the internet - understand why now. From the first 'phone call to Gareth to arrange for him to come and view what we needed moving/storing all the way through to delivery at our new home the attention to detail was amazing. He answered all the questions we had, reassured us it would all be sorted and it was. They packed up the contents of our home, stored it all and delivered to our new place. At each step the team worked thoughtfully, respectfully and with obvious enjoyment in what they were doing. Communication to arrange everything was first class.
Highly recommend them.
Thank you, Gareth, Jay, Bob and Kel.

Moving house can be such a big task, but I recently had a fantastic experience with a removal team! They were such a great bunch of lads who truly worked hard from start to finish. I was so impressed with their efficiency and positive attitude throughout the whole process. They made a potentially stressful day feel so much smoother. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a reliable house removal service. It made all the difference! 🏡👍 #HouseRemoval #MovingDay #StressFreeMoving

Gareth, Jay, Bob, Kel and Craig were nothing sort of outstanding. Great bunch of lads who had a clear plan for the move and executed it professionally, calmly and respectfully. It made the move simple. Thank you so much lads.

Excellent service from start to finish. Gareth and his team got us booked in at short notice and made our move soo much more pleasant. We could not have done it without them. Ill be recommending them to all family and friends.

Gareth and his team provided a great service when moving us from our large house of over 20 years to a temporary rental accommodation half the size, Throughout the process Gareth was reassuring and friendly and during the move itself Gareth and his team remainder friendly and approachable. They clearly enjoy what they are doing and working together and the way they are training the younger members of the team is commendable. I would have no hesitation to recommend them.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Gareth and his team. From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing and made what is usually a stressful moving day feel smooth and well organised.

Gareth was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout. He and his team handled everything with great care and efficiency, which really put my mind at ease. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly.

Their hard work and positive attitude on the day made a huge difference and I’m so grateful for their support.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gareth and his team to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality removal service.

Removal team were all very pleasant and efficient. Helpful and moved items to rooms as requested. We would use again and can recommend as they made a stressful day less stressful.

Gareth and his team were so helpful and took the stress out of moving, we didn't need to worry about anything as they did it all. Very professional from start to finish, would highly recommend.

If you are reading this review and considering using Hollins for your removal, then I cannot recommend them highly enough! Gareth and his team were absolutely 5 STAR AMAZING!!!! They arrived on time they were extremely helpful and looked after all my belongings with the upmost care. I have moved many times before using different companies but this was the best experience by far.

I had my furniture and belongings loaded and removed into their own Storage facilities and then 5 months later they delivered it to my new house. They made the whole process extremely easy. I am an older lady and they could not have been more helpful .My furniture was handled with care and protected with coverings. It arrived at my new house in exactly the same condition . They dismantled the beds and put them back together ...nothing was too much trouble.l highly recommend them. A very nice crew and owner.

HRS managed our family move from Lower Heath to West Heath, Congleton in January, and the experience was outstanding.

Gareth and his team were exceptional from start to finish—strategic in their approach, highly professional, impeccably organised, and, above all, genuinely considerate with our belongings. Nothing was too much trouble, and the team consistently went above and beyond expectations.

A special mention must go to Bob—an absolute star and a real credit to the team.

Thank you all so very much for making what could have been a stressful move a smooth and positive experience.

Came on time, really helpful and didn’t mind all of the stairs we had which some companies do. Really nice lads and very helpful.

Gareth and his team are exceptional. Complete communication throughout always went above and behind for us. There is not enough superlatives to describe how good they were. Nothing too much trouble. Could not recommend them enough.

The whole team went above and beyond for us.
The lads were kind caring respectful really looked after me personally as I’m disabled, also my daughter has autism and made her feel very comfortable.
The weather was awful and they still had smiles on their faces the move didn’t go to plan (nothing to do with them was late due to solicitors!) they were still upbeat it was a big move hard work.

You would not find a better team or company like this anywhere after what they had to go through with us. From the moment you call them till the very end you are looked after. Hard to find these days.
Huge huge thank you superstars.
