I was initially approached by Ruby Chapman, who advised me that Holloway Bond could claim a sizable refund on my business rates retrospectively & also reduce my ongoing business rates. I was initially very sceptical about their claim, but eventually decided to allow them to go ahead. Within a couple of weeks, I was advised that I would receive a refund of £4242.55 on previous years Business rates in addition to a £2K reduction on my current years business rates. As I understand it, this reduction will continue over the next few years.
