Absolute Scam – Stay Away from Hololab

Hey Guys

I trusted Hololab to handle my release Silent Bloom, and they completely failed. Because of their BYSST error, my release was taken down, resulting in massive loss of views, revenue, and time. Their team has been unresponsive and unprofessional.

This is not just poor service it feels like scam-level behavior. They claim to be a professional music distributor, but their mistakes and negligence show they cannot be trusted. I strongly warn every artist: do not join Hololab under any circumstances. You risk losing your hard-earned music, money, and audience.

Hololab needs to take responsibility immediately, or I will escalate this publicly and legally. Stay far away from this company.

Hi Mr. Ahmed,

I want to address the issue regarding your missing revenue and provide full transparency on what happened.

As we have mentioned previously, we did not receive these funds ourselves. At the time, we were "white labeling" our distribution services through a provider called Bysst (Revalator). Unfortunately, due to their disastrous service levels and lack of integrity, we took the hit for their failures.

To be clear:

We do not have the funds: Bysst withheld the revenue and has effectively "ghosted" us. We have been unable to recover any payments from them despite our best efforts.

The "Scam" Situation: As we expressed to you before, their operation turned out to be completely unreliable—taking revenue and failing to manage takedowns or support.

Because of this experience, we severed ties with them completely. We have since switched to a new aggregator. We now have full control over our infrastructure and can guarantee reliability moving forward.

I know this is incredibly frustrating—it is for us as well, as we were deceived by their service promises. While we cannot recover the funds Bysst stole, our new system is secure and operating correctly.

Do not use Services who operate by a third party claiming to be multiple people that is usually a lie, these services tend to be unreliable and people don't really have a Fast support better off to look elsewhere save your time. (They will not takedown all my songs) the guy don’t listen

Regarding your music: We hear your request, but please understand that takedowns are subject to the processing times and policies of the streaming platforms/stores, which we cannot bypass. When a request violates those policies or timelines, we have to adhere to the rules, even if it’s not the answer you were hoping for.
