I ordered a €25 Roblox gift card via holyo.shop and never received it. The seller ignored all messages. A PayPal dispute has been filed. Roblox Corporation has been informed as this site appears to misuse their brand. Avoid this site at all costs — it is likely fraudulent.

I lost 250 euro. Received link to get codes - 404 ERROR!!! No one respond for 10 days! Only automated respond says they are on Eastern Hollidays.

DO NOT BUY HOLIO GIFT CARDS ANYMORE! YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY, NO ONE WILL RESPOND ON ANY OF YOUR EMAILS!

10 DAYS IS ENOUGH, COUPLE OF MAILS, ALSO MY FRIENDS TRIED. 250 EUR IS GONE!

I bought a Holyo gift card on 1st of May. Since then, been checking daily for a Steam card restock and nothing. Everything seems to have stayed the same on the website in the last 2 months, with nothing restocking for the other offerings. Sent them an email a week ago and just got a reply stating they are on Easter break. Easter was 2 months ago. Waste of money. I'll try and file a complaint to customer protection to at least try and get my 50 euros back.

Bought a Holyo card on 30.05.2025, added it to the website but never received the codes for Minecraft. Confirmation says 404 error and support replies that they are on Easter Holidays... In june. Guess this is a SCAM.

From Slovakia bought a gift card from Kaufland but didn't check out the site when u came home it said steam sold out and the have problems I registered to WhatsApp and nothing when I try to email them they say they are on Easter break

I have purchase card and when I try to open it I get Error and to contact they’re support, I have received email that they are currently on Easter holidays all thought Easter was a month ago and after another 2 weeks I didn’t manage to get they’re answer and my digital code so they take my money and never answer or solve problem with my purchase! Worse experience ever, so unprofessional and fraud

this site is a bad joke. it's not working to obtain the codes, nobody answer from their support center with weeks... run away, this is a total scam

Waited for days just so I can buy the code. Then I bought it and now the site with the code shows an 404 Error and the support team is ignoring me.
Please someone sue this company

this is nice site because i can buy roblox paysafecard throught this but i dont like that you must wait too long for restock and when i bought a card you sent me on email a code what i have to open it and there is an error and i dont know what next

Bought 2 codes in my store for 100€ and been waiting almost a mont now for steam gift cards to pop up but like there is none whenever I open holyo. So that is my worst experience ever with anything connected to buying something in person and not working online.

Biggest piece of doodoo i've ever seen, tried for a week to redeem a steam Code and They didn't have it in stock, emailed them They are în their easter holiday until TUESDAY, IT is TUESDAY and They won't respond to my emails, Don't use Holyo

I have ordered steam gift card on match 19 and i still haven't got them, i also emailed them about it and i got ignored (yes, i emailed the right email), i also have filed a report to the consumer protection, i hope that at least i'll get my money back (about 90 euro)

Scam- nearly everything sold out with no info on when available. Pointless! Just take the money and dont provide what they advertise. Dead end.

Card bought in December 2024

They recently made some changes to the wallet (they removed it) and also the previous codes were no longer working.
I've reported the issue to the customer support and they managed to change the code to a working one, helping me to finally be able to get the long waited Steam code.
Unfortunately, the discount for the game that I wanted, was over by then but I will wait the next one.

I am realy happy with my experience with holyo support because everything was fixed in a couple of hours. I had this nice suport help named Sofia super sweet, very respectul and profesional. She notified me via e-mail about the progress of the issue.
10/10 great job!
