Build Quality, Value and Excellent Customer Service
I was impressed with the build quality and value of the 100-drawer welded steel bolt bins. I'm even more impressed by Holzoffer's commitment to stellar customer service. One of the bolt bins I ordered was damaged in shipping, at no fault of Holzoffer.
Later, I found the doorbell footage showing the Fedex driver rolling the 135lb box end over end off of the truck and towards the garage. Insanity. It was literally more difficult to move it this way versus just sliding it off of the truck and into place.
Holzoffer made right, quickly - despite this being entirely on Fedex. You've earned a repeat customer and company advocate. Keep up the great work!
